I'm always in here getting my documents notarized,copied and sent off overnight. So much better than going to a post office and standing in long lines. I got start by saying that I went to several stores in trying to get some important documents notarized and being short noticed I'm so glad that Liana in assuming she's the manager currently on the clock at the time took the time to squeeze me in and be able to take care of what I needed with no hesitation and to top it off executing top notch multi tasking to ensure other customers were being taken care of as well . This is a wonderful store where they handle things professionally. I had previously tried to send a return package at the Camarillo store on Las Posas and the package was sent back to my home (my new label had been covered with a sticker the"at UPS placed on it by mistake). I tried to take the package back to the Camarillo Las Posas location and explained they had made an error. The rude clerk there said that the distribution center made the error not the store. She should not try to help and said I needed to "contact corporate" if I wanted to send it out or pay for it. I then decided to try this location. They went above and beyond printing the label again for me, attaching it, and ensuring the original label was not visible and prone to a wrong delivery again. They even apologized despite it not being their error. This store restored my faith in UPS again. It's worth driving to Oxnard from Camarillo for this store. Don't waste your time in Camarillo. read more

My package was sent to the wrong address in another state. Instead of going to the business that I addressed it to in California, it went to a residence in Texas. Even after a dozen calls and compelling evidence that it was not my error but theirs, they were unwilling to compensate me for my loss of approximately $130 including shipping. I went into the hospital for surgery on an emergency basis for two surgeries, and they would not consider this an extenuating circumstance for contacting them later than sooner. Ultimately, after giving me the run-around for about two weeks, they offered to reimburse me for the shipping charge that I paid, which I have yet to receive at least a week or more after it was offered. Is it any wonder the world is as it is when honesty, integrity, and ethics are such relics of the past? read more

I always get bad service at this location. I wasn't told how much my pdf would cost to print until after they printed it. It's also very expensive to print out papers here. I also had issues once with a notary who refused to notarize a document. When I needed to mail some documents I got much better service with a different print shop. read more

Not only did she open up a few minutes early, Danette was fast, courteous and extremely helpful. She processed my next day air shipment in minutes and even helped another customer with a pick up. This is my go to UPS store in the Oxnard area. I online shop and return a lot and I've gone to a few other locations in Ventura county whom have either charged me to tape up my box per side or made a rude comment that I should have taped up the box myself before dropping off. The Gonzalez location just accepts my box and hands me my receipt no matter who is helping me that day I've never experienced anyone complaining about having to tape the box up. I also recently had a situation where I had to rush order more wedding invitations and my box was not left at my home since I was at work and didn't answer the door, than my box was transferred to a different UPS location and the customer service line was not helpful at all. They couldn't tell me exactly where my box was or how they could get it to me as quickly as possible. I went into this location and made them aware of what was going on and Danette went above and beyond to help me get ahold of my box even though they were about to close in 1 hour. Mari was also there and continued to help customers while Danette helped me out. Danette called customer service for me when they gave me the run around and then called her own personal customer service and tracked down the box and got it to me that same day or I would've had to wait over the weekend until Monday. She was so so so helpful when I was a frazzled bride and desperate to finish my wedding invites. Don't go to any other location if you live in the Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo area! Love them and will continue to go here for my shipping needs. read more

I have never been treated so badly by a UPS store. I went into the store to send back a defective product that I received an email label for I called the store twice and got an email for the email so the store can print out the label for me when I arrived was told a big order came in and my email probably got deleted so I resent it to them again and nothing went through I was told that I have a bad provider and that's why the emails are not going through I waited a second and asked if there was another way the female associate said no there's nothing else they can do I saw another guy doing the same thing and forwarding and I asked if his is going through, they said he's got a different provider and it doesn't really matter. The girl told me to resend it again and gave me a card and the whole time she was trying to help me she was on the phone helping another customer. I am standing in front of her and she's helping somebody on the phone that called after she started helping me again she gave me the card and told me to check with my provider and again she told me that my network was bad! it doesn't matter I went to Staples who treated me so much better and with kindness. read more

This store is a find. I just started a new business and needed a private mailbox. Alan the owner was very friendly and told me the many other services they have. They are going to make me business cards, brochures, car magnets, and custom invoices. This is a big help in getting my business off the ground. When most interactions with customer service reps in SoCal are incredibly subpar, it is refreshing to come in to get my mail and be greeted by name. Ok so some people might think that a UPS store is just for shipping and mailing packages out but that is not all. I originally went in there to ship a package across the country but the employee that helped me started talking to me about the other services that they offer to their customers and one of them caught my attention. PRINTING!!! I really needed some flyers for the Dallas Cowboys fundraiser since I was working with my high school to help out in any way I can. So I believe I asked for 1000 flyers and they told me that they could get it to me in the afternoon of the SAME DAY! The flyers needed some graphic work done to it and they told me that they have a guy there that does it. I was shocked and thrilled because I was going to get the flyers sooner than expected. I was very happy with the job they did with the flyers and they are my go to place if I ever have a printing job. I just really want to thank whoever helped me. I believe her name was Jade. Walked in there for notary during that time I told them my life story,(which they actually listened) they completely guided me to the different services they offered so I left with business cards, a mailbox and professional looking pamphlets! If you are shipping a big and award item, beware this guy's advertise they offer freight services..but they don't and will try to breakup your package into many parts to ship ground hitting the customer big at the pocket book, I shipped four frames at a cost of $415 twice what I have paid in freight charges.... Had to send the package back to them since it was above my budget and because they had charged my card without my consent a BIG NO NO.....they then poorly packed my frames without bubble wrap as requested and charging half of the original charge @ 225... Instead they used packing peanuts that made my shipment very uneven and damaged 3 frames and one other that was beyond repair...I regulary ship large items and they almost gave me one of my biggest shipping charge per volume.. read more

Opening a PO Box here was a breeze. Helpful staff completed the process, and walked me through all the details of features and access to the PO Box. The box here just has the regular address with the unit number so it doesn't say "PO Box" which is nice. They will email notification for packages that do not fit in the box and I can call to check if I have mail to save a trip. 24 hours key pad access to the PO box which is another nice feature. read more

Don't take your business here. They mixed up Christmas packages and still won't get it right. The owners/managers went home for Christmas while my grand kids missed out on 600 bucks worth of toys and clothes. They could not get copies collated after 4 tries. Other customers come in and pass things over your shoulder while they are supposed to be waiting on you. The Waukesha UPS store also advised me that they woefully overcharge. read more

Christmas present not delivered and broken. No notice. No reimbursement for shipping cost. I took a framed picture to the store in an envelope and asked for it to be boxed and shipped. I paid and left store expecting safe on time delivery a few days later. After a week my intended recipient said she did not receive anything. So I reviewed the tracking and found a note that it had been returned. I did not receive any notification from store. At the store they did found the package and it was in a ups box but contents were broken and pieces missing. They did not know why and said they would file a claim. Three weeks later no notification so I go to the store. Clerk said no claim was filed. Later same day I was told claim was filed but denied due to inadequate packaging. I was told it had been shipped without a box! That is not what I expected. The store receipt did not show a receipt for a box so I guess they shipped it with just the envelope. This was not my expectation. The lack of notices is also not professional. Poor service in this case. I have used the store for other shipments successfully, but this case deserves a Yelp and hopefully the store will be more careful next time. Surprised they did not offer some refund or credit at least for not delivering. read more
