Store is GROSS....Customer Service is Trash.....Charges you to print a label (no other UPS Store does this)! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!

I was in a pinch, needed to ship some items as they would not fit in my travel bags. Went in with no supplies like tape or bubble wrap so I used their "pack it for you" service. Very reasonable and the package arrived with everything in good condition. The cost wasn't much more than the cost of shipping. Initially I was worried about not packing it myself, but the guys at the counter packed everything safely. Thanks again! read more

The UPS store can be a daunting experience, but this was an easy trip. Although the line was pretty long on a Saturday afternoon, they were staffed well and the got through everyone very quickly. Pro Tip: I hear Saturday is their busiest day. read more

You sir clearly cannot read, when I know how Amazon returns work, funny of you to assume I do not then blame me for others lack of - when I am certainly not the customer to hold up anyone's time.. I wasn't aware that taping up a small bag requires so much exhausting labor but I guess for you and your location along with your employees it does!!! AMAZON CUSTOMERS FYI They charge a $1 fee to tape up your Amazon packages if it is not already sealed. I found this quite annoying and asked the girl cashing me out if this is a new UPS standard at all UPS locations because the one by my house (just happened to be in the area) has never charged me for this. She said it is at this location but does vary based on locations. When I did live in this area, I can tell you the space is small and cramped and there's almost always a line. Thankfully mostly everyone there is doing Amazon returns so I didn't wait to long but mostly annoyed by the up charge to tape a small package when Amazon returns through UPS are always supposed to be F R E E. read more

Noah was helpful however I was there on Saturday 04/2 and they wanted to charge me $55 for an empty box . YES $55 !!!!!! Ridiculous Not even considering the service, JUST THE BOX. Update : The owner came with a sordid answer on Facebook, disregarding that I did not complain about the associate, but of the greediness of the business. $55 for ONE BOX. Yes. ONE EMPTY BOX that could fit 2 bar stools ( base and seats) And now, based on the owner's lack of ethics, education and professionalism calling me ridiculous, I am 100% sure that this is a branch issue. Stopped by for the first time and last. Three people and myself dropped out of line while I was there. I will not be back. There is little to no customer service at this poorly run location. I was there in the morning. There were two clerks in the room but nothing was getting done. You had better be desperate to go here... Otherwise run.... read more

Lmaooooooo this store just charged me $3.53 to send them a shipping label thru email !!!! First time using this store and definitely the last. Store I usually go to doesn't charge to send emails and I pay $1.25 for the print out. This is price gouging at its finest. The owner responded to my review and gave me a bunch of malarkey about "rents" and overhead issues and how they are cheaper than there competitors. But that's just not true. Also they stayed that "my associate explained all pricing prior to performing service" and that's just not true at all. Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. It really pains me to write this review but I've been scorned, I was helped by a team member that was probably never trained... I asked for USPS shipping and they told me that would be fine as long as I didn't need a tracking number I agreed, I drove there waited in line and when I got to the desk the lady told me they did not offer it, and I had to use UPS. I was upset but I went along with it because I really needed to ship this item. After doing some research I found out it would've been half the price and totally possible for me to ship that with the Postal Service. UNBELIEVABLE. I come here to do my Amazon returns. The employees are quick, efficient, and friendly. It takes me about 3 minutes on average to walk in, get my return label scanned, and walk back to my car. Since COVID they have also done a good job keeping social distancing in spite of the location being rather small. From the few times I've been here, they tend to have one employee dedicated solely to Amazon returns. This helps speed up the line in this central, busy location. read more

They are always slow helping customers and there is literally a line going out of the store everyday. It ridiculous that i have to wait for 15-20 minutes to drop off a package and get a receipt. This is why i always prefer fedex. read more

On May 1, I went to store 0881 with an item I hand crafted. I let the man know it was delicate and I needed them to pack it for me so it would get to its destination safely. I paid for them to pack it for me. He had a line and said he would pack it after everyone had gone. I trusted his service and left. It was received on the day it was stated, however, when the recipient got the package, the outside of the box was damaged and it had no indication that it was fragile. She opened it and noticed there was no bubble wrap, just peanuts and that the item was broken in several pieces. I spoke with 3 different UPS agents and none were helpful. I was told that I would get instructions in my email and still haven't received anything. I thought by having "professionals" pack it for me, it would at least have minimal damage but this looks like the box was thrown against the wall... repeatedly! Obviously, not all of your people know how to pack properly. I am beyond livid over this. This was a wedding gift and cannot be replaced. Dont have these people pack your items. They dont care enough to ensure it gets there in one piece! read more

10 people in line with 3 employees working( only 1 allowed to help customers).All employees look extremely miserable. The customer in front of me had 5 duffel bags of packages to ship ( they were pre labeled thankfully ). I asked the employee if anyone was available to help with the line since the line was actually at the door. The manager Daniel said NO. I expressed this is poor customer service. I mean this is what your business is built on.. there are plenty of other UPS stores available. He sarcastically replied " sorry you feel that way" and went in the back to continue doing nothing. I was waiting on line at this ups store in order to return an simple amazon product. After some time, the young guy behind the counter told me,"oh yeah we are closed." There was nobody behind me, so I asked him if I could just do the quick scan return. He said no we are closed. I should have been notified right away, or the door should have been locked. This review is for Dylan, who has been an asset to this location, and is extremely deserving of his upcoming move to corporate. His attention to detail is impeccable, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are getting the best service. Any issues are resolved in a timely manner and with such care, even those that fall outside of the scope of his job tasks. He pays attention to the customers coming into the store, greeting each and every one of them, and makes sure his regulars (whose names he always seems to remember) know that he appreciates their support of the store. I just need to get 2 things done. First scan the documents, second is to print documents from my email. They failed me and the staffs are not friendly. The first lady did not want to help me. Another lady did help me but failed to print the documents. I spent 20 minutes on something that a 5 years old can do it in less than 2 minutes.:(:(:( read more

Can you give MINUS stars? Left them with a package for USPS. The shipping label one month later still has not left the store. The terrible associates and "manager" Amber claim that it is the USPS fault as they always put packages in a box for them to come pick up. When I commented on the place being a disgusting mess they just rolled their eyes at me and told me it is the USPS fault again. Will be reporting them! The worst service ever!!!! What an annoying company, especially in this particular​ location. I paid for urgent delivery, an extra $50 but all they did was put a sticker on my door saying a package will be delivered to UPS location on 4630 S. Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL. Before picking up the package, we need to call and verify if the package is there. Guess what? Nobody is answering the phone. I've tried to call 20 times, no answer! My question is why do I pay 50 dollars for 1-day​ shipping if UPS can't deliver it. We have a mailbox; we have special lockers that are designed to receive packages from UPS, FedEx​, and other delivery services. Worst scenario, leave the package by the door like Amazon does. Why on earth do they take the package back? They are attempting to deliver during work hours, so it's a common sense that everybody is at work. If I wanted to drive somewhere, I wouldn't order urgent delivery; I would go to the store myself. It's​ not the first time and many times we were unable to pick up the package, ​so package went back to the company. Should we complain to the store now? Perhaps stores will re-consider contracts with UPS and switch to another delivery services. Although, I think UPS doesn't care. 3/18/2015 I went to this store to mail my important document and I requested a tracking. Dylan is the guy told me my mail would be delivered within TWO BUSINESS DAYS and showed me the tracking number on my receipt to track at home. I paid for the service. A week later, 3/25 I checked my tracking and it says tracking number NOT FOUND !!!???!! I went back to the UPS store on 3/26 to ask what happened to the service I paid and I wanted the refund. Jacob is the guy talking with me very crude, no responsible at all and blamed on Dylan is new hire whom not knowing what he said. He did not even apologize for his staff's mistake. Saying "you are not able to track your mail until its delivered" ???!!!??? kept repeating " Nothing I can do " and he didn't want to give me a refund..... WTF, seriously, I paid money ( and extra with an tracking number) and my mail is NO WHERE and now I am told my mail not guaranteed to be delivered? So what was the point for tracking service that I paid extra???? I left and called my credit card to dispute this charge. Save your time and be safe with your mail by going somewhere else. THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even worth one star read more
