Would NOT recommend this store with all the fees they charge just to do their job!!! I paid $50 to have a package shipped to me. I was told they would make 3 attempts to deliver it (since it required a signature) and then it would be sent back to the seller but they only attempted deliveries the same time each morning when I'm @ work instead of attempting the 3 deliveries @ different times each day to try to get me when I'm @ home. Since they never delivered it @ a time I was present, the seller had to request it to be held @ the store. When I went to pick the package up, the woman told me it would be an extra $10. So now I'm paying them for me to do their job since I had to go to the store to pick it up. They wanted to blame the seller and told me to contact the seller but this is not the seller's fault (I already paid them the shipping costs), this is UPS scamming people out of more money. This is a fraudulent business who could care less about their customers. Update: I reached out to the store as was recommended in the UPS comment below and they didn't rectify the issue. Don't let their responses to the comments make you think they even care about your concerns in your reviews. It's just to try to save face. read more

Horrible customer service and competency!!! Do not visit this store!!! My third time and I'll never give them my business again. I returned an item to Amazon and got a receipt but Amazon never received my returned item. Went to the store to try to resolve and the employees would not honor their own receipt as proof they took the item for a return. Lost my money! As a retired military officer who has served my country for over 20 years, I have never experienced the type of disrespect of our elderly or veterans. All employees to include the older chubby woman who yelled at customers that she is the manager are the rudest and most incompetent!!! A simple Amazon return turned into a 15 minute ordeal with the older ladies arguing with me about not having the right bar code for an Amazon return. I order items weekly and have a few returns monthly. The same process each time but they couldn't "read" the barcode and accused me, a uniformed military member, of altering the code. Either they're on drugs or need some for their mean menopause symptoms. While in the store they refused to help a senior citizen with a cane lift her package to the scale. The package was light as a feather but the elderly woman couldn't reach the counter. Disgusting! These employees should be fired or the store needs to close! This type of behavior is unacceptable and embarrassing for a business in Navarre. Save your time, dignity and money! Took my return package to Fort Walton Beach UPS with no problem. We constantly have to go to Gulf Breeze because the owner manager white straw hair chubby is so rude to customers. She told my wife today she would not serve her after she tried to ship a small machine part to California in a rush order. No dangerous goods just a small metal part. Gulf breeze was efficient courteous and pleasant. Why we have to continually drive to Gulf Breeze or Fort Walton to get service is beyond me. It's also shocking that a service like this has a little over a 2 star rating. read more

I had my golf clubs delivered here via ship sticks. the owner charged me $60 for 2 bags just to sit them against a wall and not one employee touched them. UPS Stores are Individually owned and I would NOT recommend this one at all. I have lived in the Navarre area since 2007. I discovered that we had this UPS Store so close to home around 2015. each time I've utilized their services, it has ALWAYS been a great experience. Keith is unprofessional and not willing to help customers. I came in with an Amazon package. Amazon is not clear on their instructions but Keith was also unhelpful and kept pointing out why he couldn't do it. He was not trying to resolve the issue just focused on why he couldn't do it. Once I figured out what he was trying to communicate - that I needed to put it in a box - I asked if I could buy a box. He answered that I could buy a bag, I walked over and grabbed the bag to purchase and he kept rambling on how it needed to packaged. I told him I was following what Amazon said and to bring it to UPS. He then kept saying that Amazon doesn't communicate well. After a while I told him I was done with the conversation and he threw the receipt to me. read more

This store charges more than 10 times the price of other stores for services. Over $3 to print a single piece of paper. Others charge $0.15. On top of it, it was a label I was shipping with their company, not a random document of my own. The store should be scanning the label I already have and printing, as they have that service available. Instead they gouge customers with ridiculous price for something that costs less than $0.10 to produce. Greedy owners. Don't get gouged here, go elsewhere. read more

This is the worst UPS store I've ever been to. It's a miracle if they are actually open on time. I went in (no greeting) and had a prepaid label package for Amazon. I went to the lane on the right side that was designated for drop offs. The lady acted surprise at the matter. Played like she did not know the procedure. She told me that the item "does not fit" in the package and I would have to prepare the label myself. It was the same package Amazon shipped it in to my house so obviously I was confused. I took the SAME package to UPS Gulf Breeze later that day and the associate smiled, took the package, scanned, and I was out the door in 30 seconds with an exchange of "have a great night". Ultimately, the experience at the Nazarene store showed incompetency, laziness, and disregard for customers time. The lady was rude and unproductive. I told her I would go to Gulf breeze in the future on my way to work even if It causes me to be late to work in Navarre. The Gulf Breeze store is amazing and get me in and out of the door in a jiffy with nothing but smiles and helpful hands -consistently. I hope improvement at Navarre location is met in the years to come as time and efficiently is a great value to be successful. read more

Since when does faxing one sheet of paper cost $3.50. I had them fax 18 pages and my total was $41. I about fell off my chair and had a stroke. Never again, this is nothing more than price gouging. Bad business practices. read more

I moved to Navarre in November and visited this UPS the first week. I've used UPS stores frequently in other locations, but regardless the time of day or day of week, this location has a long, slow line. Today there were four employees and a line of at least 6 waited almost 15 mins and two of us had prepaid pkgs that only required scanning. My package was larger than I could comfortably hold so I set it on the counter out front as I waited (as did another customer) and on the counter at the register waiting my turn. Apparently it offended the clerk who mocked me when I said it was heavy. She said "you are kidding..." and I said, "no, I have back problems, and I couldn't stand in line so long holding this pkg." I also mentioned I am seeing a surgeon on Tuesday. So not only is the store filled with incompetent employees, but they are also rude and unfriendly to customers. I will not return. It's never been a friendly experience but today was unacceptable. What a disappointment. read more

I recently had a package held at a pickup location until I could return home from out of town and pick the package up. This store was listed as a location to have packages delivered to for pick up purposes through UPS. I arrived 45 min before closing time to find an employee at the door trying to close early. The employee was extremely rude and after I told her all I needed to do was pick up a package she let me in. After I presented my identification, they said they do not receive packages at the UPS store. Even after the package showed delivered to this location they stated that they did not have my package. The attitude from the staff seemed as if I was a burden by trying to do business there. I had to contact UPS and now have an investigation open as to the whereabouts of my belongings. Horrible customer service and missing valuables. I will never do business with them again. read more

Avoid this UPS Store. My complaint isn't about the price of shipping, but rather the poor attitudes of the lazy employees in general. It's the holiday season - I get it. I expected to wait in line. I had something awkward to ship (38# and 5' in length), so I called the Navarre store to make sure they could build a box for me. I was told that they could, so I brought the item into the store and got in line. There were two check out locations, and one dedicated Amazon return line. Numerous employees (six, I believe) were working at the time, and several asked us if we were shipping an item, or had an Amazon return. After waiting in line for about a half an hour with my large item in plain sight, I put my item on the counter, and had two older women decide that they couldn't build a box for me or ship my item. They told me that because this was oversized, I would need to take this item to "The Hub". I got the address for The UPS Hub in Fort Walton Beach from them and asked if they knew the hours this was open. One of the women said it was open until 7pm. I took my item and proceeded to drive to Fort Walton Beach, only to find out that the UPS Hub there is closed from 1-4pm, opening back up from 4-7pm. The kind gentleman there sent us to the UPS Store in Mary Esther, where the team there was super efficient, easily and quickly built me a box for my item and got it shipped out. I will NEVER step foot into this UPS Store again - what a colossal waste of my time. Maybe the owner should hire some employees that actually care and understand customer service. read more

I have been a customer of UPS stores for several years, in TX, GA, and now FL. This Navarre location is the absolute worst. First, the people who work there are the most "arrogant" and "go stuff yourself" people I have ever run across in the customer service business. I don't know who the manager is, but he or she needs to get off their butt and make this a place where people want to do their business. Of particular note, the store has "closed due to COVID," and there is no way to contact anyone for picking up my mail (which is accumulating somewhere). They don't answer the business phone; the 800# they initially offered was a psychic reading hotline, and now the new 800# they posted does not allow speaking to an agent or representative. Maybe this is typical for the UPS business culture, but I won't be paying for service that I cannot access. My advice to anyone looking for a PMB is look somewhere besides UPS Navarre. read more

I have used this location many times, they usually slow and have a line out the door. I only drop off Amazon returns here. The last time I was in I didn't have a box for a very small item that needed to be returned, so the person working the counter pulled an Amazon bubble envelope from under the counter and placed my item into it taped it up and said "There you go, have a nice day". Today was the total opposite, Manager or Owner was standing in the way, in front of the door talking to a delivery driver, just stood there in the way. I had to ask to go into the store. After I'm in the store she comes back and takes customer from behind me and says can I help you. WTF!!! Now I'm Pissed and she asks, very rudely, if I have prepaid returns, I hand her the boxed and unboxed items. She says "You need to Buy this box for $4 or this envelope $3.75. I tell what they did for me before, then another Manager/ Owner comes over to see what's happening because everyone in the store can here our conversation. I have to re-explain everything to her. They both say that's not how we do it. you need to buy this or that. B.S. Now the second one says something like "You know there are other places to take your Amazon returns." I reply "I know there are plenty of other places to take my business." Now a third employee says " Maybe the envelope from under the counter was trash and they were doing you a favor. HOW am I suppose to know the Amazon bubble envelope was trash??? 3 out of 4 employees tried to convince me that I was wrong and they were right and told me to take my business elsewhere. What kind of company tells customers to go to a competitor? I think it is one looking to GO OUT OF BUSINESS. read more

I used to visit this place frequently for my shipping/printing/copy needs. The ladies there were very friendly and helpful and it was always a good experience. I do not know what happened but that is not the case anymore. Lately they have had very nasty attitudes, and have been difficult to work with. They've also raise their prices and have the surrendered them selves useless. This is a small community and your testimony as a business is very important if you're going to stay in business. I believe they should step up their game and change their attitude if they wish to stay in business. read more
