I would avoid this location like the plague. Terribly run place and management seems to be checked out. UPS should consider shutting them down. When they tell you a package will make it somewhere comfortably on a certain number of days do not believe them because it will be many many days later and any losses or inconvenience to you will be your own problem and not theirs. read more

We had really bad service today. A guy asked me to sign before packages were received; one was missing. He advised that we had already picked it up. This was a lie. He just could not find it and made no real effort to do so. Checked with business partner; no one had picked it up. Called back. Surprise! Package is there! No apology or contrition whatsoever. Now need to make another 40-minute round trip to south Naperville from downtown. Long-time customer, somewhat surprised and unhappy about it. This review is regarding the Notary with Employee number ending in 24 working at this UPS location. Her service was rude and unbecoming for a company like UPS. We had been a customer of this store for years and had always had uneventful client experiences (as expected). The employee was very rude and short with me...both times I attempted to use this store. I usually get nicer service at UPS stores . They charge you for tape at this location. Not all locations do. They also won't accept your US mail if it's any bigger than the size of a letter. Other locations do. Not worth it when there's other places where you get friendlier service and can get more things done in one stop without being charged extra. read more

In total shock and disbelief as to what this location looks like. I cannot believe the poor employees are being forced to work in these hazardous conditions. The place is an absolute nightmare with a horrible accident waiting to happen at any moment. Loose wires all over the floor and hanging from the ceilings. Plenty of tripping hazards. The owners James and Pamela should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these types of conditions. I wonder if they even know how bad it is, neither of them seem to be around the store ever. I have been a loyal customer for upwards of ten years and I understand they wanted to move and remodel but this is beyond unsafe for anyone. I am appalled that the ups corporate office would allow such a thing to happen. ( maybe they aren't aware either) Hopefully these wonderful employees are at the very least being paid hazard pay to be here in these conditions. The adults who work here have nothing but contempt for their customers. When I had an issue, they were of no help. The kids here are great, but the adults, especially the owner herself are so rude and unfriendly. I will drive out if my way to avoid this place, when I can. Terrible service. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Awful customer service... I walked in for pack and ship order and caught overcharges when I calculated the packing costs. The rep explanation was they had ran out of the smaller boxes, so they had to charge extra for the next level up. The only reason this was explained was because I caught it. I was only in this store for ~15 minutes and saw 2 other customers upset for different reasons. Do yourself a favor, drive to another location or go to a Fedex. read more

UPS as a whole, is a scam. I once paid $380 or so to send a tablet to Peru. Once it arrived, their customs won't release the tablet to my recipient, and I had to pay over $250 to pay for taxes and processing fees. Finally, after 1 month 1 week, it arrived. I ended up paying $630 for a tablet that cost me $160. Jim the owner of this particular UPS helped me through the process to ensure the arrival, but in the grand scheme of how crooked UPS is, I am not sure I would recommend using UPS to anyone. read more

As the previous commenters have said, the woman with the curly reddish hair certain makes you feel nothing but UNWELCOME in her store. Every time I've had her help me she's rude, abrupt, abrasive, can't be bothered and makes you feel stupid. I just hope she doesn't have kids. To say she is unpleasant is an understatement. I had a P.O. Box here for 4 years only because I had to with the company I worked for. They have absolutely no idea what customer service means. I had a large box that I paid for upfront for a year. They decided they would reorganize and moved me to a smaller one without telling me and acted like no big deal. I had to ask for a price reduction without them even offering. If anything went wrong their attitude was as if I caused it. I felt like I had to fight for everything and then when my last month came because I switched companies they just ended the contract and did not let me know until package came and wanted me to pick it up. No question on if I wanted to renew. Go somewhere else if you need one. Nothing but headache here!!!! read more

Convenient, speedy & professional service! I don't come in often, maybe every few months, but when I do I am very impressed by the excellent customer service! I usually ship packages but sometimes have items boxed for shipping as well. The staff is always very knowledgeable & I am in and out in just a few minutes. This location is one of the busiest in IL and I'm glad that they will be staying in the area. In a few months they will be moving across the street soon to the Jewel Osco mini mall. Only a few small steps away. Yes there are plenty of other shipping locations in the area, but they have earned my business! I will be back soon! read more

This location seems to be one of the most well run in the area. Every time I visit the store, it is clean and organized and no matter how busy they are the staff is always happy to help with all my printing or shipping needs with a smile on their faces! I have been coming to the store for about five years and I am always impressed. The service is always speedy and efficient. The manager Alie is awesome, she always goes above and beyond for me whenever I stop in. She handles every issue professionally and appropriately. This girl deserves a raise! read more

I have visited this store numerous times. I have been appalled at the treatment of customers and staff members several times by a woman who appears to be a manager with red hair and glasses. She is rude to the younger staff members and abrasive with customers. I asked her a question and she seemed angry and annoyed. When assisted by staff members, I have always been treated professionally. The owners need to be aware of this, and if she is a manager, she needs training. read more
