6/29/2026 I had a small package with the pre-paid return label I needed to drop at UPS desk. I checked their hours....closing at 7pm. I popped in quickly around 6pm and I still had a grocery run next door down and needed to arrive at a meeting by 630pm...yes, I know, cutting it close. Both sales representatives were young men and they stood quickly to their feet as soon as I touched the door. I was delighted at their level of commitment to service--and manners as I am a lady of a certain age (but you didn't hear that from me!) I said it has a prepaid label and thanked them. The one fella commented that he liked the message on my t-shirt which is a social commentary that I knew would draw controversial attention. But....there you go! I am usually happy this this store. I use it mostly for returns of Amazon products. I have used it for notary twice. I main complaint is about the management. If you want people to keep coming here you need to have adequate open and closed on your answering service. How much time does it take to tell people you are closed due to the weather. I was there today, big lite up OPEN sign. I called first and only got the leave a message voice mail. You weren't open. read more

I had a package delivered to this store. My husband went to pick it up and they wouldn't give it to him per " corporate policy". He has picked up a box for me previously but the Assistant Manager refused to give it to him. I asked him if UPS would let my husband receive the package at my home if I wasn't there. He said they are a franchise and can't speak for what a UPS driver would do. I will not be dealing with this store in the future and I recommend everyone else find another store as well. read more

Amy L. helped me with multiple lAmazon package returns. One of the items was very large and hard to maneuver. There was a problem with one of the bar codes. she guided me through fixing the problem step by step, made sure I had the receipt to be certain the money was properly refunded to my account and gave me some great tips for the future. She also helped my mother with all her needs while at the UPS store with kindness and enthusiasm. It is not common to get such a high level of customer service with a GREAT attitude these daya. I tried to pickup a package UPS left there because I was not home. The attendant looked up my name and address and stated the package wasn't there and he had no record of it. He suggested that it might have been left at another UPS Store. I left the store, double checked it on my phone, and the address was correct for this location. I asked the clerk to just check the back but he refused, he went back to the computer and stated the package wasn't there. I called UPS and UPS stated that the package was picked up and signed by me two days prior. I went back in and informed the clerk again, finally they went back and looked for it, and they found it. I informed the clerk that I was not happy with their customer service since I spent twenty minutes of my time trying to get my package from them when they could have simply taken two minutes to check the back. Also, I'd like to know why they forged my signature. Were they planning on stealing it? The clerks blamed everyone but themselves for their poor service and instead of apologizing they argued with me. They were highly unprofessional and I hope UPS doesn't drop off another package there for me. read more

Mr. James Scheele will refuse delivery of your packages. I had two pieces of front door trim delivered to his location at 11:51 on Wednesday March 27th, he personally refused the delivery of my packages based on a height restriction. Mr. James Scheele, you just cost me 5 extra dollars in redelivery fees due to your package height policy. So any ""customer" who has an important package you need delivered to a secure location...this UPS STORE IS NOT THE location you can trust for that intended purpose. read more

I have had a mailbox rental at this store for 6 months now and have been very happy with the service that I have received. James is very nice and friendly, and really goes out of this way to help you with what you need. I tried one other UPS store in the area before finally selecting this one, but admittedly was not treated as good. Bottom line - out of the 3 UPS stores that are in Murfreesboro, this one is the best. read more
