Rude staff. Mailed 2 packages in 2 months. When asked to confirm address it was my address they asked to confirm not the ones mailed to. Staff laughed and was very rude when asked for a refund on a misaddressed package. Customer service phone number was worse. I use to think it was a solid brand. Now I know they are not. Went to the UPS facility with a Xmas pkg for my son in Vermont... was one package A little on large side (not heavy).... cost me 100 dollars to use their service & I found the clerk to be rude and not all helpful... First and last time I will ever use that facility! I will use regular mail or Federal Express. read more

I've been using this UPS store for many years. I've never had anything broken or lost, and things almost always arrive on time. Of course not all of that is in the hands of the store. But they've also done a very good job of packing when Ive needed them to do that. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They are good at making small talk with people who are stressed out. My only complaint would be that it can sometimes be pricey. read more

Very unreliable service unfortunately. There are two ladies that do super-duper work; they're friendly and do a great job at multi-tasking. However, my last visit was horrible. The two younger guys were incapable of enlarging my 8 1/2"x11" sign into a 11"x17" one...still don't know how they work there if they can't do enlargements! Anywho...one guy even went so far as to take my ORIGINAL publisher file and alter it. Yikes!! I stopped him before he did too much editing and took my business elsewhere. WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Staff made several copies of a 50 page document for me. Once this was complete my copies were all out of order and I was not given all the pages I paid for. While sorting through my documents the manager was laughing and making fun of my appearance. read more

My mother and I visited Muncie, IN from May 14th-22nd. During that time we visited local flea markets, thrift stores, etc. and purchased a few items for my wedding that's coming up. Most of what was sent were "vintage" Ball jars with metal hinges on the lids that I found adorable! I did my own packing, and had them shipped to my hometown of Houston, TX. I paid for the shipment in cash and still have the orginal receipt with a tracking number attached. The delivery was made on May 26th; however, the delivery was literally slammed at my front door and you could hear the items inside shatter; if they weren't already. I then called 1-800 number and spoke to a representative to file a "claim." I informed her (or him) the issue and a claim was then filed. I was also informed that the process would consist of: "Making a claim. Once the claim had been generated, UPS in Muncie would then be informed. IF a representative was 'interested in viewing the damaged package', they would be getting in contact me within 3-5 business days. 'If they had not contacted me, I may then be able to discard said package.'" I created an online account to check the status. Upon checking, I noticed a few discrepancies from what I had informed the representative verses what was generated. Please note on the "Claim Detail Package" attachment, I highlighted where it stated the investigation was complete; secondly, I notified the representative it was not only 1 glass jar broken, and lastly, I do not reside in League City. Therefore, after reviewing that information, I mistakenly discarded the box of broken glass on June 6th, unfortunately. I hadn't heard anything and decided to reach out to the UPS in Muncie and got ahold of Lon. I was informed to state everything I was notified of from the representative and send any information of the products that were salvagable. All of the above imformation was sent, in detail, in an email attention to the manager Lon and Angie on June 8th and I was promised that a restitution would be made shortly after reviewing my information. I never received a response back and I figured it could take a while for a refund to be processed. I, purposely, gave them over TWO months in hopes of a response. Finally on August 24th, I reached out and spoke to Angie who stated I would receive my refund "Shortly, that it had been mailed out." A week later I received nothing and reached out to them again. This time it's more difficult to speak to Angie, however the person who answered immediately knew of my situation? Claiming the check was still on its way. I waited; called back: Now this time, the check had been sent back to their facility and Angie would be getting it sent back to me. Here were are almost 4 weeks later. Now, I spoke to Angie yesterday and she created a tracking number for me (claiming the refund check entitled to me was 'refused/rejected') and that I would be able to see when I would receive this. It's been since yesterday morning and nothing has been done with my refund. I called again and UPS is claiming it's out of their hands. I don't know if they're hoping I would forget about it, or what their issue is. I will say I will NEVER be returning to this facility ever when we visit next year. This is ridiculous, and you know if it were THEIR money, it would not take this long to drag on. read more
