While travelling to Indianapolis recently we had the pleasure of striking up a conversation with a delightful young couple. Our talk rambled from one topic to another, as conversations do, and we mentioned how we were having problems with our computer. How fortunate for us to find that this couple happen to own Computers and Co. Jerry diagnosed our problem just by listening to the "symptoms" and gave us his card. When we got home to South Bend, we called him and he was able to fix what was wrong remotely from his business down in New Castle. Have done business there several times and have had fast and curtious service each and every time, let alone having everything priced great. Very helpful and knowledgeable - I had to have my computer worked on, so obviously I am not! I paid extra for express/ same day service and it was worth it. These guys explained what was wrong and went out of their way to make sure I had my computer back as quickly as I could - even stayed open 15 minutes late so I could get there after work. I hope I don't ever have to come back - but glad to know there is someone who understands these things. read more
