    If I could give Paul six stars I would! He removed the lawn tractor deck and discovered the frame…read morewas bent and cracked. Other dealers would have ignored this or declared it nonrepairable. Paul expertly solved the problem by straightening the frame and skillfully welding on a strengthening plate. He also saw the front left wheel bushing was falling off, so he repaired that. Those were in addition to changing oil, oil & air filters, spark plugs, and other items, at a good price and within a week. Paul's Outdoor Power Equipment has earned a lifetime customer - Thank You, Paul!

    This has been a HORRIBLE experience all around. Not sure who is running this place or if anyone is…read morerunning this place. I had my mower picked up mid June for service. I knew it was bad but didn't know how bad. I received a phone call that they had picked up my mower AND my weedeater. Never authorized them to take the weedeater, told them to go ahead and service it, why not. I received a phone over a WEEK later finally telling me what was wrong with the mower. Engine wasn't running right. Needs a new (used) engine. Fine. Just under $1200 was what we were told. 2 weeks go by NO COMMUNICATION. I call them. They tell me they are waiting on a part from eBay, fine. They FINALLY call me a week later. New bill, $1400 before taxes!!! What?! How'd we jump $200 dollars and WHO authorized the additional cost? They "graciously" took the price down to $1,387 with tax. Fine. When can you deliver? Next week. Fine. A week goes by SILENCE! I call back this past Tuesday, I was told delivery that day or Wednesday. Thursday my wife calls. No answer and the machine says DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE! I call today. The lady who answered told me Paul called me! Nope. No calls. No texts. NOTHING. She reiterates HE DID CALL. No ma'am, he didn't. I tell her exactly what I was told and she proceeds to say "well, I don't know the conversation ". I just told you the conversation!!! She then proceeds to tell me that if I want to come get it that she will "refund" half the pickup and delivery. IF I HAD A WAY TO DO THAT, DON'T YOU THINK I WOULD?! She proceeded to argue with me for a solid 5 minutes after leaving me on hold for 10 mins! No apology, just excuses. I told her I would be leaving a review and she rebuttals "we will leave one too". I will never use this company again. I will go back to using BOONE's outdoor equipment on Diamond Mill, and I would suggest you do too! I left there because of the wait times. I don't think I EVER waited nearly 6 weeks! What a disaster. Today is 7/27/2024. I will add to this post with an update. As a side note: we have 4 acres and it has cost $250 each week to get the lawn mowed. If you want to use Boone's power equipment give them a call at 937-854-2396

I explained that I was looking at the Bad Boy Elite with a Kawasaki engine. We discussed pricing and warranty, then even though it was misting out we walked outside and looked at the exact mower I was interested in. I explained that due to a bad back I was looking at comfort more than anything else, they recommended adding an adjustable Suspension Seat. I was very please with the information provided and was even told they offer a lifetime power train warranty as well. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the staff here and would be happy to call them my outdoor power equipment dealer and service center.

These tractors are loaded with features you simply do not find on many competitors in the same class.     Update 12/7/25: my husband was going to take the mower off of his trailer today and it would not…read morestart. Seems the battery was tampered with and the bolts were intentionally drilled out. When my husband texted the owner about this. He denied anything to do with it but felt the need to insult not only my husband but insulted my physical appearance as well. Very unprofessional behavior. Especially since I had nothing to do with this entire matter other than physically being there with my husband when he finally released my husbands mower. Just pitiful and disgusting behavior. 12/6/2025: This business is not professional at all. My husband bought a mower from this company and since they work on small engines he had them work on his 4 wheeler. Well when they called him to pick up the 4-wheeler the told him it ran fine but when he got it home and tried to run it the 4-wheeler would not run off of choke. He told them it did not run properly and that they didn't fix it properly so he requested a refund. Ever since then he has had nothing but trouble with these people when he has had to take the mower in to get warranty work done on the mower. The business owner never told my husband up front that the warranty company had to pay for the warranty work before he could pick up his equipment. Which the business owner had let him pick up the mower as soon as the warranty work was done in the past before the warranty company paid them. My husband was in contact with the warranty company as well and they had told Him and gave him proof that they sent payment to the business for the warranty work. The business still wouldn't release my husbands mower to us. During text conversations regarding the mower and the warranty work and the warranty payment the businesses owner told my husband that he needed to take the bad reviews off of Facebook or he would get my husband fired from his job, he also told my husband that he would charge him money if my husband called the police out to his business to mediate the situation . This business owner threatens his customers with petty fines when he doesn't personally like the customer. During a phone call my husband had with the owner the business owner flat out told him he was charging him money for the police being called out there just to "get his panties in a wad" among other tasteless things over the phone call including calling my husband a cry baby and making defamatory statements about my husband. This is not professional business ethics in my opinion. Nor is it professional for a business owner to treat a customer this way over a petty issue. When a customer says that something they paid for wasn't fixed correctly and wants a refund the business shouldn't stoop to be petty to the customer over it. The business owner filed a no trespass on my husband over all of these issues, which my husband has no problem with nor does he have interest in returning to this business anyways.
