Have to leave covers off. Won't start without jiggle. Emailed Aric Koenig with issues. NO response. Emailed Lebanon facility hoping for a recommendation as to next steps. NO response. If you are ok being blown off by a repair shop, these are your guys. If you want service and some respect, go with Boone Power Equipment.
