After that they said their general manager would run the security cameras to check and see what happened and that same week he quit. So I had to wait 2 more weeks for anything. Then their district manager had to get involved and he ran the security cameras and it showed they recycled my Xbox series X. They switched the work orders with another Xbox then label my xbox unrepairable then recyled it. Then their insurance cut me short for reimbursement to where I have to pay a few hundred for a new xbox out of my pocket. I never recommend getting anything fixed here or even dealing with them in anyway. Out of all our interactions I was called ONCE about my repair. I called them over 20 TIMES. COMEPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AT ALL!

The guy working was a different person that the first time so I paid $180 for the screen replacement the 2nd time. I was also told the battery was bad and it would be replaced. Well... 2 days later the screen went all black again. I went for the 3rd trip and the screen was changed again (3rd time). That was a week ago. My phone isn't holding charge and battery life says 75%. I called and the second guy that worked on my phone answered, I explained who I was, about the battery, was told the screen alone the second time was $180, that the battery wasn't changed, which is NOT what I was told!!
