I was very disappointed with the Muncie office/technicians/service. When I placed the order the man…read moreon the phone was nice. I explained to him what had happened (small flood) and he was able to get me in within 2 days. He explained the process and found a good price for me. 2 technicians arrived for 3 rooms and 1 hall. One technician complained that his back hurt the whole time they were here (he had living room and dining room) and I aided the other technician with the den while also trying to keep my ill mother in her room for the time. 2 days after the cleaning a very foul swampy smell began coming from the carpet. I was able to locate it was coming from under furniture that had not been moved since the room flooded. It was explained to me that the technicians would move all furniture but apparently the only furniture that was moved was what I moved while the technicians were here. I was ok with the technician telling me he would clean a large area rug instead of removing it. What I originally thought was wet, was in fact dirty streaks. I contacted the office, this time speaking with a lady and asked if she would like to see pictures of all the places they had not cleaned. She was very rude and told me to just spray the carpet with Lysol. She begrudgingly agreed to send another team over to do only the spots that they had missed but insisted it could not be for over a week. The odor kept getting worse and I ended up renting a Rug Doctor. I should have done this in the first place and saved myself a lot of hassles and gotten the job done right the first time. I won't be calling them again. Very disappointed.

It's a huge national company with incredible equipment built right in the trucks with LONG HOSES! And yet they operate like HOMETOWN PEOPLE! I needed five rooms cleaned & cleaned well! Everything they promised was done very professionally! It's very hot water and extraction at the same time! It deep cleans with steam & detergent. Then they added a scent that I chose as a deodorizer! About $95 for the whole house! I'm not sure if they would be this good & inexpensive in the big city where I live--but in Muncie, I promise you they were WONDERFUL for me!

1 STAR IS BEING GENEROUS. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT…read more From the moment I walked in, this place was a complete letdown. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. There is absolutely no reason customers should be treated that way when they are simply trying to do their laundry. Then there was the condition of the facility. DIRTY. Poorly maintained. And honestly, concerning. I actually encountered a needle top/syringe-related item lying on the floor. That is NOT something customers should have to encounter in a public laundromat. And let's talk about the machines... because apparently having machines that actually work is too much to ask. ‍ Nearly HALF of the machines were out of order. You're paying to wash your clothes, not to play "Which Machine Actually Works?" A laundromat should be: CLEAN PROPERLY MAINTAINED SAFE STAFFED BY PEOPLE WHO CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT WORTH THE MONEY YOU'RE SPENDING This place missed the mark across the board. Management needs to seriously step up. Clean the facility. Address the safety concerns. FIX THE MACHINES. And most importantly, address the way customers are being treated. Because customers deserve better than walking into a dirty facility, finding a potentially hazardous item on the floor, discovering half the machines don't work, and then being treated rudely by staff. I came to wash clothes, not lower my standards. I will NOT be returning, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this laundromat to others.

We were helped by Ryan, the Mgr, and Zack assisted him. Ryan showed us exactly what we told him we were looking for. They were both very thorough explaining what amenities would go well with the tuxedo we were interested in and showed swatches of different materials for ties and the waistcoats. These two were so professional and helpful yet very enjoyable to be around. Ryan ended up saving us a nice amount of money by making it a group rental with our son, and this caring really stuck out with us. We enjoyed every minute of the time spent making our decision and felt like we had made new friends by the time we left the store. Thank you very much, Ryan and Zack!

I try to stop at all Goodwill locations I pass because you never know what you will find. I still did find some t-shirts I liked and a coat. Out of season for a coat but that makes the selection better in my opinion. There was a pair of shoes that I liked in the store also but I am unwilling to pay $15 in a Goodwill for a pair of shoes, my max is $9.99. I have to set limits somewhere. I did not take a look at the home decor in this Goodwill as I was short on time and I will stop in another time to take a look at their selection of jeans although I really do not need any of them. 3 stars because it wasn't bad just watch the pricing and be prepared to try things on in the aisles as there are no dressing rooms in any Central Indiana Goodwills.
