Took my letter to be mailed certified at this store. It's 36 hours later and it still hasn't processed on the United States Postal Service. I called them today (4/8) and they said the mail is picked up every day at 1 pm. Said it would be picked up today. I just checked and it hasn't been processed yet!!! My receipt says 12:47 on 4/7 so they didn't give it to the USPS dr when they came to pick up yesterday. Inept workers at this store, go somewhere else. So disappointing. read more

this location always has terrible service. Staff is so unpleasant to work with. The girl working this specific time seemed to be very bothered that people were showing up 20 minutes before closing and had to make a remark as to she didn't understand why people had to come in right before closing. I'm FLABBERGASTED!!! My problem with this store, should be a coaching moment for the employees and no one should lose their jobs because of the employee who turned out to not be a honest human. On my day in distress, I called to find out what time this location closed while driving(responsibly using my phone via Bluetooth) On this day in distress, the store employee who answered the phone, told me that the store would close in 10min(at 7pm)and he asked me where I was at. I told the guy where my exact location was,in which, he replied, "you're not far at all so, I'll wait for you" he gave me directions and instructed me to take my time and to not get into an accident trying to rush in, as he would wait since my return only required a QR scan and no money would be exchanged using cash registraters nor the CC machines. I zoomed over to find that the employee lied to me, in which, they were already closed and all gone! I was like, REALLY DUDE!!! It's the Holiday season and there was no COMPASSION here by being deceitful!!! ‍ ‍ I would've settled for, "were closing and to try again tomorrow ". As I was driving away to my next destination, I called the store and left a message letting him know that he lied to me and that I really did show up leaving a vm. The next day, I returned and asked him what happened and why he did that to me and he had no words. He seemed shocked that I asked and tried to make up an excuse but I told him.." it's OK Happy Holidays" anyway. (Eye roll) Just know that, if you need to go here, to be on time, otherwise, don't take their word as their bond... they will lock the doors and zoom away regardless of telling you to drive safely and to take your time Smh ‍ I'll still go to UPS but just not to this location again. I needed to return a tool to Leatherman so I packaged it up and addressed it and I just needed weigh it, affix postage and get on with my day. The girl insisted on boxing it so they could charge for that, it's boxed I said. She says it has to go on a conveyor belt, I said I've done this before ( I'm 56 years of age, self employed my whole life and I've done just fine without a bimmbette telling me what to do ) so I went to frys and put it on a scale and affixed postage due and mailed it no thanks to those grabby jerks... read more

I had an amazon return to drop off, manager Karen charged me to print return label, ive returned many items to this location without ever being charged to print return labels, when asked about it. Manager became rude and disrespectful. Suggested i take my returns else where.. wonder if amazon knows they are charging for returns?? I have had mixed service success at this store. The saying "build it and they will come" does not apply to service industry work. One should not be treated as if invisible when entering or waiting for service. Anyway, the offerings and small biz support is impressive. Passport photos - yes. Biz flyers - yes. Copies - yes. This store collected money from me on the 5th and said it would go out that day. It did not go out until the 9th and was subsequently delayed. When I went in to the store to check on a possible refund, Anthony made it very clear that he could not care less. Used this UPS store to have a package delivered and had a less than satisfactory experience with the service I received.  I then contacted this UPS location after having such a poor customer experience within their store.  The person I interacted with was not pleasant and did not handle my package with care.  They dropped the package and banged it all over the place knowing the contents of the package was breakable.  Upon contacting them to report the poor service, I was given no help or assistance from the people working at this UPS store and was told to contact UPS corporate, which I did.  I later posted my experience here and within only a few hours of the review being posted, they posted a very rude and defensive response.  They told me that I needed to remove my review and post it to a different UPS page because they are a private owned business and deserve a positive review.  WOW!  They denied that my experience was their fault (yet the experience happened inside of their store) and provided a complaint phone number and contact info for UPS.  Looked up the contact info given and the contact info was not even correct!  Will not be using this UPS location again!  I'm sure they will have some sort of comment to post to this review.  I will not be responding! read more

Very poor customer service. It almost seems like they don't want to interact with customers. Would not advise going to this location.

I just dropped off 6 30+ lb packages. I walked in with one and said I have 6 total boxes. I had the the truck parked directly in front of the store with the boxes stacked on the tailgate. Two male employees behind the counter proceeded to carry on a full conversation about an item one of them sold on eBay, then relisted for whatever reason (I missed parts of the conversation while carrying my boxes in). There was one female customer in the entire store. She finished her purchase and held the door open for me to carry in 4 of the boxes. The guys never offered to help, offered a dolly, a doorstop, nothing at all. Maybe they do it differently on the east coast, but I guarantee you in Alabama, Florida and North Carolina where I've been to UPS stores for drop offs- no man would ever sit behind a counter watching a lady carry in these boxes without offering SOME sort of assistance. Not that I'm not capable, it's just the way men are where I'm from. Oh, a stranger outside did offer to help but I was on my last box. Also, the woman holding the door was shocked the men didn't do something as well. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. A lady that works here that wears a heart monitor (which has nothing to do with my review, just pointing out who she is) was incredibly rude. I have a health condition that is significantly affected by heat and lack of oxygen. She rudely told me to wait outside in 117 degree weather to process my shipment. If she was worried I wasn't wearing a mask, she could've stepped in the back while processed my return instead of making me sit in the heat for 20 min. Also, she touched everything I touched but wasn't concerned about it affecting her that way. ‍ I will be avoiding this location from now on. Don't waste your time with selfish people. I originally posted this review to the wrong location. And felt the need to expound. The employees comment was heard through out the entire store when she said, "she WON'T wear a mask." Which then prompted another male customer to rudely tell me his friend that was 35 died of Covid the other day. I remained polite and told him I was sorry and that a customer of mine had passed too. He clearly made the assumption that I refuse to wear a mask for no reason due to the employees comment. This put me in a situation wear I felt belittled and embarrassed. I didn't want to cause a scene so I politely walked out and wrote my info on a paper in the 117degree weather. I stood out there for almost 20 min waiting for them to finish helping me. She then accused me of not allowing a fireman in the store, when he in fact thought I was in line due to the max amount of customers being in the store. I honestly couldn't believe an employee would treat a customer this way. I own my own business and have worked in customer service most of my career. I would never tolerate an employee treating someone with so much disrespect. She put her health above mine, when she could've simply asked me to step 6 feet back to protect us both. read more

Went in for fingerprinting and was shocked at the lack of professionalism and knowledge about how they are to be done. It was my second time in a UPS store getting fingerprints done. The first location I got prints done was in North Phoenix and the Manager did an amazing job rolling my fingerprints. She cleaned my fingers with water and rubbing alcohol then she personally rolled each of my fingers and they looked great. She even offered to redo them if DPS rejected my application because of the prints. For my second fingerprinting I went to this UPS location expecting the same treatment. The guy who helped me simply set up the ink, put my fingerprint card in the holder and told me to "put your finger in the ink and press it on yourself". I was shocked and nervous. At this point I should have walked out and found a better place to get my fingerprints done, I regret not doing so. The fingerprints looked AWFUL and no doubt will be rejected by DPS. Then he gave me a Clorox wipe to clean my hands... aren't those for cleaning your kitchen and bathroom?? $15 spent for literally nothing. read more

Are all the UPS Stores the same? If so they all charge $39.37 to pack and ship a boxed item to Arkansas. $15.45 for ground freight and $23.92 (with tax) to box it! The toy in a box I brought in was about 28"x10"x4" and weighed about 8 lbs. They told me the box the toy came in needed an outer shipping box. The clerk said that would be $21.95. I thought total. Wrong! That's on top of shipping! For a cardboard box! It was declared over sized- thus the premium. The lesson is to seek out a shipping box before arriving at a UPS store. read more

Terrible customer service! I have been going there for a couple months to print out shipping labels and the fee for Internet is $2 for 5 minutes and 5 copies included. Most of the times I have gone in, I have only taken a minute or two and printed 1 or two labels. The last time I went in, I went over time by a couple of minutes and had 5 copies and the woman working there charged me $4.50. I realize that "technically, I did go over the time, but since I had been there so many times before and used less, that she would just charge the $2. I have money, and I am not cheap, but it is a principle thing for me. I even went there one day and computer was down and had to come back after work to take care of my printing needs, they offered no apologies or discounts. I am going to the one on Alma School, by Fry's now. They are nicer and more professional there! read more

Horrible service! I walked in to get something notarized and the brown haired man behind the counter didn't service me for about a minute even though there was no one else in the store besides a guy who a female employee was helping. Finally when he did ask me what I needed I handed him my envelop and told him I needed this notarized (assuming he would realize that I meant the contents of my envelop) to which he replied "You need the envelope notarized" in a very snarky tone. He walked to the other side of the room plopped my envelope on the counter and told the other girl to help me. The customer service is just disgusting and he was very rude.The entire time I was there they kept exchanging humorous looks between one another obviously directed at me and my boyfriend who was with me. I ended up forgetting my ID so I left to another ups where everyone was warm and friendly as it should be. Needless to say no one I know will be going there. read more

Worst place to come they don't really explain all the fees. Customers service is just about the worst I've had. Didn't even take no acknowledgment of all my concerns and or how the system works to be shipping items and why they were so high!!!! The young lady there with glasses should not be working there or anywhere you have to deal with customers! Definitely not a people person nor care in the world to explain things clearly since this was my first time shipping something so big. If I could give 10 negative stars I would. I've been in customer service since I was 17 years old and for something like this I had to write about it!! Normally I rather write something nice since. I've work in retail store my whole life and surveys is very important with any business. The worst customer service I have encountered. 3/20/215 @ 10:30am The woman working was in her late 40s to mid 50s sandy blond hair. I will not be coming back or shipping through UPS again. It says that they can print documents in store. I was told NO and to go print it somewhere else. So once I did that I came back and she wanted to charge me to tape the top of the box closed. I have never been charged to tape the top of a box closed. I will be using FedEx from now on. read more
