Sloppy and unprofessional. A person came in trying to return a UPS package of medicine delivered to her by mistake. They told her to just throw it away. She left it in the store and they chased her outside to make her take it. I was about to rent a mailbox there and changed my mind. Was there February 15 on a Saturday. The young woman in her 20s with the piercing under her nose needs to learn customer service. She doesn't even look at you in the eye she doesn't smile. She's in a bad mood obviously. She should be in the back packaging boxes with that attitude. Your number one job is customer service and you can't even smile. Not coming back here. read more

I am an individual repeat customer of the Town Center's UPS store. Each and every time utilizing this UPS store, the customer service is outstanding. Employees greet you with a smile (or with a twinkle in their eyes if they wear masks [smart thinking btw]), give you a verbal recognition and the normal "be with you..." I, personally, have yet to experience poor customer service at ANY UPS store. (I retired after 33 yrs in customer service). Two UPS stores, in particular, give outstanding customer service: McMinnville and Lebanon. Always helpful, always friendly, curteous, professional, and willing to suggest better/easier/ ways to prep packaging for shipment. UPS has never lost a package of mine....coming or going. Now that's a heck of a lot to say; Im retired from the Postal Service! If worried about an item getting "lost" - send it REGISTERED (not certified) mail thru USPS. read more

Wrapped a package that would take an ax or a chainsaw to open, with materials from my home. The recipient will have to use an "Industrial Huskey Utility Knife" to open (and, has done so in the past). This package could accompany Tom Hanks on "Cast Away," float to the island and Tom Hanks would have to use the the Ice-Skating Blade to cut it open! And the "UPS Kid" tells me I have to pay a $20 Excise Fee tacked on to regular shipping costs! 'that's EXTORTION! He didn't even look at the package, examine it. But said looking at it from eight feet away, "It's likely to fall apart!" NOT UNLESS SOME EMPLOYEE STOMPS ON IT 20 TIMES and HITS IT WITH A BAT 50 TIMES! I want an apology! (It's just ANOTHER way for companies to charge us more money when our bills are skyrocketing, food costs 300 xs more than it was before Covid, Electric/H2O, products have doubled in cost in just the past six months.) UPS! Have you NOT noticed the "growing" homelessness problem in our state/NATION? AMERICANS CANNOT TAKE YOUR GREED, OPPERTUNISM--where is it going to STOP!? ZERO STARS! We've had a mailbox at this store since 2009. The store used to be great and then it changed ownership to an absentee owner, all of the long-time employees bailed out because management was such a mess and things went to heck very quickly. This was pre-pandemic, so you can't blame it on THAT! They lose our mail and packages on a regular basis, they do not follow their own procedures, they do not manage incoming or outgoing mail or packages with any care at all, and today (November 2021) they handed us a HUGE box of mail from February 2021 - July 2021 that was just sitting in the backroom someplace and they never delivered it to the box or gave us notice of it. We have talked to them many times about various issues but the owner just doesn't care and her attitude is on clear display through incompetent and surly employees. If you are thinking of renting a mailbox or sending out any packages, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Also, it's cheaper to go directly to USPS to mail packages or buy stamps - The UPS Store gouges you on every transaction. read more

Great job hiring new employees that seem to enjoy their jobs. All the women were super nice and answered every question. It's amazing the entire attitude and vibe of the store has switched for a positive :-) I used to drive to newberg just because their service was so much better but thank you for saving me a drive A++ keep up good work!! read more

This store is the worst in McMinnville. Once I went there and there was a sign saying no staff taped to the door. The next time there were two very women working there that simply had a chip on their shoulders and were clearly annoyed at having to be there at all. Their service was the worst and they should actually just be fired. read more

This store lost a $1500 package of mine that my parents were shipping to me. Spoke to a manager who said she would give me a call back. I finally called the next day and the manager wasn't available, so I left my name and number again. Well it's been 3 days and no word. When I initially spoke to them about my package, they said they would have to be the ones to make the claim. Is this the reason why I have not heard back? Whatever you do, do not ship out of this store unless you want your stuff stolen and no call back. I also emailed the below email address, even before the below reply and have not gotten a response. This was over a week ago. Never dealt with worse customer service. Ever. You can't just ignore problems and hope they go away. read more

Terrible service and overcharged! having to call Corporate office in San Diego to file a formal complaint

The young men working in this store during the Covid-19 pandemic deserve some praise AND a raise! Every time I have gone there to ship my packages, about once or twice a week, they are buried with work. They keep pleasant enough attitudes given the conditions and I applaud there workmanship. The 4 stars is because the owners need to hire more workers and do a better job rewarding the people on their front lines. read more

First, let me say I have always had positive experiences with the staff of this store. Yesterday and today I was appalled by the number of maskless customers. There are signs everywhere and it is so inconsiderate to the workers and other customers!! I wish the business would not serve customers who choose not to wear masks. I do understand that it is scary to confront people these days. Yesterday I left rather than possibly exposing myself to omicron in that small space. Today I got my business done just after the unmasked people arrived. I asked the person who helped me if they get a lot of unmasked customers and she said they do. I think I will not go back to the store until covid settles down again. If you are someone with a diminished immune system, I would not go in there! read more

A good place to print, copy, ship, and even get documents notarized. They also sell common office supplies and packing supplies. Very helpful employees and the store is well located as well. read more

I understand that masks are required now however I physically can't wear one and putting one on to do so would cause me more problems than what I need. With not being able to wear one this store completely fails to help you they refuse to do any type of service and we're not very nice when it came to their interactions I would recommend driving the distances to Newberg where they were able to still help me and more than willing to accommodate me to make sure what I needed done still happened. All I had to do was drop off a package that was prelabeled that needed to go back to amazon and they refused to help while Newberg was willing to have me get someone's attention when I got there and they would come out to get the package so I could still do what I needed. Mcminnville you could do better and accommodate people but instead you would rather be very snobby and rude about everything I hope you enjoy being able to discriminate and not help people all because a face mask would harm them to wear you are the worst!! If I could I would select no stars but that's not an option. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I have rented a box here for years and have always been a loyal customer doing the right thing paying my bill as needed. The manager, Steve, has been rude to me several times over the phone putting me on hold for long periods of time trying to get rid of me when I call in to check my mail and not explaining what's going on. The staff has been inaccurate several times about charges and told me lies over the phone when forwarding my mail to me causing me uncalled for expenses and delays in receiving my mail in another location I was waiting on. Their boxes are overpriced for the service you receive. You would be better off to seek your mail services somewhere else. I am closing out my box for the shoddy business I have received from these people who are unappreciative of long-term customers. read more
