You have to scribble with them a lot before they start to write and then when they do the ink is very faint. I thought it would be a smooth gel ink, but it is not. When you write the ink is faint as if the pen is running out of ink. I emailed customer service and they said they inspected what they had in the warehouse and they were fine. The pens are not fine. They are trash. I have some in sealed promotional bags ready to go out and here I am embarrassed to give them out (yes, I should have tested them first) I contacted customer service a second time via email and a phone call and I am awaiting a response. I also am wondering how legit the reviews are on their website as I don't see anyway for me to leave a review for my purchase.

If you're looking for a stationary store to browse beautiful cases filled with pens then you must look elsewhere, though I'm sure the staff will still assist an uncertain shopper it is more or less a staff office where they pack and ship online orders. That being said I stopped by not exactly sure what to expect because there weren't many reviews. One of the staff asked what I was looking for - luckily I was equipped with my stationary wishlist so rattled off the next few items I really wanted they graciously wrote down what I was looking for and it was off to the races. They were very helpful to list the job options available and go through in stock ink variety with me.
