I'm in their shop several times each year getting whatever is needed for my small business. The phone number does not appear fully on many pens, or a number is only partially printed. The pen itself is noisy. I would not hand this out to a potential client. I did call the company & left a voice mail. They were not available during business hours. I did email the company and did not receive a reply. I wish I could upload pictures to demonstrate the quality; I would absolutely not recommend this business for anything you are trying to use to represent your business, unless your quality is all around sub-optimal.

If you're looking for a stationary store to browse beautiful cases filled with pens then you must look elsewhere, though I'm sure the staff will still assist an uncertain shopper it is more or less a staff office where they pack and ship online orders. That being said I stopped by not exactly sure what to expect because there weren't many reviews. One of the staff asked what I was looking for - luckily I was equipped with my stationary wishlist so rattled off the next few items I really wanted they graciously wrote down what I was looking for and it was off to the races. They were very helpful to list the job options available and go through in stock ink variety with me. Unless you're absolutely sure you know what you want I would browse the site and place an order for pick up.
