This was my second interaction with her to send a return. She knew I was there a few days prior and came back today to send the same return. Is clear as day it's 'just a job for her'. Other post offices are helpful & welcoming. Never again will I visit this post office. Amazon makes returns convenient and easy- post office should do the same.

I couldn't do it online so I spoke with the post master. He said he'd take care of it. Well he never did. Fortunately a neighbor so the mail piling up and picked it up for me. I called the PO quite a few times to tell them to hold mail. No one even answered the phone. Had to call the 800 # to file a complaint. It's not like you can go anywhere else.
