Horrible service, rude employees, they rejected my, "hard case" because it looked like a "gun case" which is for bicycle forks/suspension. I normally send from the Dewitt's location but was in the area for convenience attempted to send from here and they were nasty about it and told me they had policies against it which they were unable to find. I've sent these forks for 12 years the same way at other locations and never an issue. They then tried selling me their own boxes at an extreme price to put my cases into. read more

I tried to ship something back to amazon from this location earlier today and the lady was very rude and didn't want to help me with packaging it or printing the label to do so, I left and went to the location on E Genesee st and received better service. I won't be returning to this location even though it's more convenient for me to use it. read more

I use this store, the Dewitt store and the Fayetteville store. I can usually get waited on quickly here and they do they are supposed to do, but compared to the other two stores, the employees here seem tense and impatient. I feel uncomfortable and go out of my way - to use the other stores - even though I live in Manlius. The staff at the other two stores are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you, if you need help getting a box wrapped up - don't charge to use their packing tape - always go the extra mile. I don't form this view after just one visit - after many visits. read more

Every time that I have come here for a simple transaction, it takes an unusually long time to get it done. It's like they go as slowly as possible to have customers keep them company in the store. It's a shame that I will have to look elsewhere for a store that is hopefully more efficient, since I live so close by to this one. read more

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the amazing team at this store. This is simply the *best* team, going way above and beyond in customer service. I walked in 5 minutes before the store was supposed to close on a Wednesday evening, with an urgent/time sensitive delivery item (tradeshow booth). I thought it was going to be a simple delivery - but it wasn't. Because the size of the items and the warehouse they were being shipped to, they couldn't guarantee a delivery by the end of day Friday - even if it was sent overnight. The truck had already left for the night - so while the expected delivery was Friday, the system couldn't guarantee it 1) Because there was no time cushion, and 2) It was being delivered to a warehouse instead of a residential address. They *sprung* into action. They called their driver, asked if he could make a special trip back to the store, and told me that even if he couldn't, they would personally drive it to their hub that night. On top of that, the hard cases for the booths weren't going to work (they were poorly designed), so they had to stuff the three soft shell cases into boxes - all within 15 minutes so the driver would do the pickup. In the end, we made it - the driver came back, the boxes were picked up, and my heart attack subsided. Thank you so much to the best UPS store around. read more

Mistake ordering an Amazon gift and used Manlius ups for return. I was amazed at how personal and fast the whole process was. A woman came out from behind the counter and with device in hand, scanned my code, generated a receipt and I was on my way. My package was quickly given to UPS driver and by this morning, I had my refund. read more

i love this UPS. Been going here for five years and always drop my USPS packages off as well. Very nice and friendly employees. They provide great value. I see other comments about people having to wait because they were chit chatting, that's what's great about this place. The get to know their customers and create conversation. Made an appointment to get some documents notarized and got there 5 minutes before the appointment. Walked in and was told that the notary just left and when we said we had an appointment the clerk said oh well she's out to lunch. Absolutely unprofessional and they should not make appointments if they are not going to keep them. read more
