Considering this location is walking distance to my house, I use it often. I have never had an issue, everyone has been helpful and accommodating. Packages being shipped out have been completely explained regarding time lines and cost. I will continue to utilize their services! read more

Employees are great and doing the best they can but the one star review is for the difficulty with ridiculous UPS policies and whoever owns the store requiring employees to charge two dollars to put a little bit of tape on a box. I understand tape may have a cost associated with it but I come in the store and spend money on other services however with ridiculous policies like that I definitely will not be back in, hope the $2 was worth it lol. read more

This place is awesome. I am a bit of a lunatic when it comes to online shopping. I try and get everything humanly possible online. That means lots of deliveries from all the major carriers, but UPS is by far my favorite. Sometimes when you are a lunatic like me, you need to return things you've bought online, or send out items you sell. If you're not a business with a dedicated pick up, what do you do. That's where The UPS Store comes in. This location is super convenient if you spend any time in Mandeville. It's located near the Starbucks, by the Library and even next to Honeybaked Ham. So you can get all sorts of stuff done when sending packages. I've primarily used this location when shipping things out, but most recently found a new use. Using the UPS app, I can direct a package to be delivered to this store. Signature required packages are a pain in the butt, but not when I've had them sent here. Who wants to wait around all day when you've ordered a watch you will later hate? Not this guy. I just went to work and afterwards went here and got my package. Awesomeness. One note for the tape deficient like me; They expect your package to be taped up before you get there. Apparently they used to pack it for you. Buy some tape and you're set. read more

Charges for tape; printing labels; etc. as a contract technicians who is shipping items for other companies I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for these items. FEDEX has never charged me. I hate when companies choose UPS. I use UPS for personal but for professional they are awful. It's frustrating to work hard all day, fight through traffic to get to the UPS store and when all you want to do is run in drop it off and leave , they make you go to your car find your personal money and hand it over for tape. read more

This location overcharges for packing. I shipped a package back to myself while recently visiting family. I often used UPS to pack and ship in my home state. I shipped a fairly small non-fragile framed print. The charge was $56.95 for the packing. The shipping was a separate amount. For $56.95, they packed the picture in cardboard box with copious styrofoam pills. That is all. Beware that this location grossly overcharges. read more

They lost one of my very expensive packages (laptop) and have been unresponsive in trying to find it.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the inside of the store is clean and neat. So why two stars? The pa king situation is awful and gets worse each time I come. The parking lot is always jammed packed yet when you walk past the stores in the strip they are empty. They layout of the lot is also bad. read more

This is one of those moments where you wish you could give them a zero star because they wanted to charge two dollars for a strip of tape 3 inches. Then the guys at the counter were pricks and tossed the package like a football to the back area. I wish there was somebody I could talk to to get those guys fired because they don't need to be talking to customers ever again read more

What can you say about the UPS store? I'm always in and out quickly here. The guys are always helpful. Hmmm, I just realized there are no females working here. What's up with that? Anyway, I've never had any problems and my packages are sent out promptly. One thing I don't recommend is getting copies made here. I had a lost cat flyer made up a few weeks ago and 50 copies cost me $33! read more

Dropping off a return to Verizon and needed a 6" piece of tape to seal the box. Wanted to charge $2. What a joke!

What a nice store full of college-prep boys earnestly explaining why they CANNOT help you. No thanks...
