Came in for a handicap tag. Very efficient office a& service. Monique was very fast & personable.

Speedy service! I did not have to wait at all and was able to get everything taken care of!

Great service-stayed after closing until my service was completed. Reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Fast service, knowledgeable staff. Will never go to an official OMV office again. All of our questions answered and problems resolved.

I went to Clearview Auto Title and Notary after having challenges at another Non DMV service center on my New RV Title. I was late in getting my registration and they worked well with the dealership and other entities to get me my new plate and registration completed. The RV is built on a Sprinter Van chassis that can make identification and classification difficult due to the upfot that later takes place. They sorted through delivery dates and many other items to get me legal and completed out the door. The were friendly and had plenty of artwork from the Angola Prison Rodeo to give me something to look at while getting my transaction done. It is a long time family business which is Veteran owned. I try to support our vets whenever possible. Glad that's over and the value came from the ability to have an atypical task completed in a timely manner. I'll be back. read more

Quick and efficient service. Easy to transfer ownership of car and leave with your new license plate.

I had an incredible experience at Clearview Auto Title & Notary. Sal and Gracene were amazing even though they were getting ready to close up for the day they took their time helping me. Every employee was extremely helpful and kind while also helping me leave with my new ID in under 30 minutes. Also shoutout to Sal's wife who did all the interior designing which was FIRE. Excellent service 10/10!! read more

I went there for a license renewal and conversion to a real ID. I waited five minutes, was called to see Tina, who is very nice, and bling, blang, blong I was done. Very competent, efficient, and friendly. The only way to fly once you have experienced the dreaded DMV/OMV. read more

I went here to have title work done. Sal was very helpful and nice. This place is top notch, and very well ran. I have been here two different times, and both times Sal was amazing. Nice to have a local business who appreciates everyone who walks through their doors. I have sent numerous people here over the years, and they all said they too had a great experience. read more

I had the pleasure of being helped today by "Tina" at your Covington office. Today was my second quite complicated transaction with Tina in the past 30 days. She is not only fast, efficient, and knowledgeable, she is also so pleasant and friendly to work with. She handled both of my "crises" with skill and efficiency. As a previous customer service manager with a major airline, I can attest that Tina is a very valued employee and a valuable asset to your staff. I know you will pass along my compliment to her. Thank you! read more

I have used this company several times at both this office and their Covington office. They've always been fast, efficient, and have always given me the right advice with regards to my situations. I have been utilizing Clearview Auto Title & Notary for over 10 years to perform auto title transfers. Sal is always friendly, knows his profession, and gets you in and out in no time. He mentioned last time I was there that they even renew Drivers Licenses!! What I would do to avoid sitting in the DMV!!! This past title transfer went the best ever; Cleaview Title had the 100% DAV plate in stock, I was in and out in 30 minutes and even got my title in hand from the state in 4 days!!! Highly recommend! read more

BRANDY BRANDY BRANDY!!! You are perfect!! You saved my husbands and I trip! We traveled from Florida just to renew my husbands license. You're absolutely the best, you're awesome! You don't know how you made us happy!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Esp, Brandy! Of course, the other ladies were nice too! This place is very friendly! read more

I used Clearview Auto Title and Notary today in Covington to rectify some incomplete paperwork on a vehicle I recently purchased from a dealership in Metairie. I was fortunate enough to have "Brandy" as the representative who assisted me. It's very rare these days to have an individual go way above and beyond to try and resolve complicated problems. Brandy dedicated well over an hour of her time to rectifying a total of 3 OMV issues I had with respect to my vehicle's title, license plate, and registration. All the while she was getting slammed with questions from the 2 other reps who worked there. She even arranged for me to have my driver's license renewed. As a customer service manager for a major airline for many years, I can attest that Brandy is a valuable asset to your business. Please see that she receives this positive feedback! read more

I went in to do a state to state transfer of my registration from new york to Louisiana and sal took amazing care of me. He was kind, up front honest about how the process was going to go and could answer all of my questions. He made it easy to get everything filled out and i was driving my car and registered in less than a half hour! read more

Are you a person who likes to stand out from the pack? Do you like to customize your automobile? Do you like fast, friendly service? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you will like Clearview Auto Title. I find the standard license plates issued by Louisiana to be boring. I also think they detract from the rear end of an otherwise beautiful automobile. Since I am a lover of the automobile, I want mine to stand out from the crowd and have a plate that compliments the styling of my vehicle. For my last two vehicles I've purchased specialty plates and both were bought through this store. If you want a specialty plate and like convenience, this is the only way to do it. Here's how: log on to the state omv site, search the specialty plates, find one you like and call this store to see if they have one in stock. If they do, get your current registration, license and proof of insurance and drive to this location. I've visted the store on several occasions and never had to wait more than a few minutes. Both times I wanted a special plate, they had it in stock and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. There is no way I could have gone to the OMV and had that quick service. The staff here seem to be part of the family that runs the business and all are very helpful and friendly. There is a premium to pay for the quick and friendly service, but I think it's worth the extra fee. I only wish they would expand to offering drivers licenses like some title change stores do and have the ability to take orders for personalized plates. read more

I needed a document notarized and they were close by. At least according to the address. If I had trusted Yelp's map, I would have been lost 12 miles away. Hopefully, they'll take my suggestion to fix the location in a positive manner. Anyway, it's easy access from 190, by the Lowes. I picked a day when there was only one other person in office. Had my paperwork notarized, nothing fancy. So it was quick in and out, which left me with most of my lunch hour. No complaints. read more

Yesterday I went to change my address on my driver's license at the Covington office...but with still so much back up from when everything in Baton Rouge went down, the little office had standing room only. I want to send out a special THANK YOU to both Danielle and Kim who remained calm, cool, and collected and even worked out ways to facilitate moving us forward once they could get on line. True, I was there much longer than I originally anticipated but those gals kept the atmosphere friendly and productive. Kudos to Kim and Danielle. Judy G. read more

Friendly, fast service, and they take debit cards! The fee for a duplicate license was $35. It's pricey, but the convenience fee is set by the state, so all places like this charge the same for it. I paid it though...cause...ya know...convenience. read more

Jiji helped with title transfer. Very professional, quick, and thorough. No wait on Saturday morning. It was $215, which I thought was a bit much. The decor is hideous, but there are tons of things to look at while you're waiting. read more

I have been here on two occasions to get an updated drivers license and a veteran plate. I have been in and out within 10-15 mins. The last time I came in. I got their closing times confused and walked in when the light were being turned off. But none the less. Time was made to get me taken care of. Updated my voters registration as well. Very informative, friendly, fast service! Thanks guys and gals. Y'all are wonderful! read more

Have used these folks several times. They are busy, but very efficient and helpful. I have been able to both get right in and other times had a bit of a wait, but always had professional service when my turn. I appreciate whoever I have ever dealt with has always been personable and friendly while getting my needs done quickly. They are the only place I go when I need a car transferred, licensed, etc. read more

Sal gave us excellent service, he was very professional, and best of all we had No Wait! We will be back soon! read more

I was a bit torn between 2 and 3 stars. They did get the title transferred fairly quickly however 1) The man there is extremely rude (though he did apologize when I said something) 2) I Showed up at 0900 when they supposedly open. Lady doing the titles didn't show up till after 0920. 3) was expecting to walk out with license plate. Instead got a temp registration and temp tags. Not really a big deal, but assumed this was like ABC where you walk out with plates and registration in hand. Would I go back? If it was a Saturday and I was in a bind again, yes. Otherwise, I'd stick to ABC Title. read more

Worst of the worst! I went there 3 times to get a plate for my boat trailer and have the boat motor and trailer transferred over to my son. I was told three different times by three different people what I didn't have. I still walked out with nothing and continued the witch hunt. These people in my mind don't know what they are doing or what you need in order to do it. read more

5 stars isn't enough!! Being a mom and working a full time job a hour away from home, I have 0 time to go to the DMV and wait in their long lines so I always go to Clearview because they have you in and out very quickly and are open on Saturdays too! They also offer a wide variety of other Notary services. I am also a notary and this where I come when I need my own documents notarized. Keep up the great work guys! read more
