We decided that we would let Collision works repair the damages. Once the completed the work the car looked like new. After driving on the interstate some of the clips that hold the front cap came back loose so we had to bring it back for a second time. Mark gave use a rental free of charge and replaced the faulty clips that hold the cap into place. Highly recommended. When they say full warranty that's what you get. Thanks Mark!

The time estimate was satisfactory considering the damage and basically it was done a head of time and the work was first class. They kept me informed throughout the repairs and they also worked with the car rental agency so I had something to drive while it was in the shop. My experience with this shop was excellent!

I said my drivers license changed and without looking up he says "to what?". I walked right out the door. I'm not sure who raised that man but his mother should be BEYOND disappointed. This time, however, it has taken multiple calls, over 10 days and I still don't have new plate and registration. Every time I call, I feel like I have to remind her of the situation. How many title transfers have you had in the last week that involved succession paperwork and death certificate that you can't remember? She hasn't been present during advertised work hours and doesn't call back when she says she would. I've lost total confidence that she hasn't lost the original title and don't know when I'll get my plate. Should have saved the $20 for the fee for them to do it and gone to wait at DMV myself. It's been over a year and a half since the flood, so you really can't continue to blame it for bad origination and forgetfulness. If you need notary paperwork alone, you should be okay, but I would go wait in line at the DMV to get your plate.

Anyways, climbed in my car after the torrential downpour earlier this week only to discover my rear end was SOAKED... My sunroof had leaked and the drivers side was flooded. Great. My dad and I took a look at it, and it looked like dry rot, so we called my usual mechanic to try to schedule an appointment, but after talking to him for a few minutes he said it sounded like the seal needed to be replaced, but they don't do that. I called around to several places in the area & in New Orleans, and either they didn't do the work, they wanted to charge an exorbitant amount of money, or they were Ford and wanted to replace the whole unit because it was a motor problem (a $1200 repair). Finally got a hold of Zoom Tech, and spoke to Austin who got me to come in for them to take a look to see if they could replace it, and they told me it might be a simpler (cheaper), solution, so they convinced me to leave it with them to run some diagnostics. $60ish later, it was a simple cleaning problem. They saved me money AND unnecessary stress, and they even gave me a discount on an oil change (plus checked my brakes/rotated tires/other maintenance inspection). What sets them apart: 1. They listen 2. They don't try to overcharge you or sell you a horse and cart when you just need the cart. 3. They called me before doing ANYTHING, and gave me a detailed work-up of what needed to be done, and how much (right down to the tax!) 4. They checked everything else out on my car and then gave me advice on proper maintenance and things to check regularly to keep from having huge bills down the line 5. They even gave me a ride to work, so I wouldn't be inconvenienced! (It wasn't even necessary, they're just THAT nice). So support your local businesses, especially ethical, family-run, old-fashioned businesses and bring your car here instead of selling your first-born child to the devil, I mean, the dealership.
