WARNING: NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I walked in at 4:35pm on 8/6/2026 and was met with a grudging man at the front desk and he said "what do you want". I said my drivers license changed and without looking up he says "to what?". I walked right out the door. I'm not sure who raised that man but his mother should be BEYOND disappointed. You signed up to work there you donkey, treat people better. Just moved to Mandeville and came to get my license changed and wow, that man is one unhappy S.O.B.

These…read morepeople contacted my mother and were calling her phone for days to let her know they incorrectly filed some paperwork and she owed them $200 to fix their mistake. I told her she will not pay that and to contact another notary. The new notary said the documents were completely fine and she did not owe any fee and we got the problem handled. When we contacted these folks again they were rude and told my mom she still needed to pay. When we told the lady at this DS Notary we got the paperwork cleared and she could speak to another notary to verify, she completely changes her tune! She said there was never an issue all along. Unbelievable. People please seek a second opinion if using this place!! Or don't use them at all!

Ms. Brittany was right on top of it - she got me sorted, got my truck registered, and even set me up with a new license while I was there. I want to note clearly: she had absolutely nothing to do with the old man's face on the license picture! I even passed the eye test and had the glasses restriction removed from the DL - how freaking cool is that? I thank the Lord for my continued healing and for this amazing life He allows me to lead. I was "next" in the virtual queue for 20 minutes! (The queue said 1 minute). This was after waiting an hour. At 1130 each person left one by one for lunch after finishing with their customer. It was excruciating. The service was good as always but they really should only take one at a time. On the positive side is they have a good virtual queue with good updates and once they get to you they take care of business.
