There was a line wrapped around the entire perimeter of the interior of the store. I had to get my package mailed, so I decided to take a suck-it-up pill and stay. The line NEVER decreased. As people were serviced more would arrive. They were so efficient at their tasks, it only took 16 minutes to get from the back of the line to service counter. I couldn't believe how quickly I was out the door! The environment was calm and quiet, with those three employees (2 young ladies & 1 young man) steadily working to meet the needs of each customer. It was amazing watching them working (WITH SMILES ON THEIR FACES) through the consistently increasing customer line! No complaints, no grumbling, no fussing...just wonderful customer service and polite interactions! The customers took on the attitudes of the employees and stayed patient and polite! A delivery company's most basic responsibility is getting packages to the correct location, and UPS has failed to do that over and over again.
