I have been here a few times and have always enjoyed great service. On my most recent trip, I walked in, Was immediately greeted and helped. They walked me through the whole process of transferring over the title on my car, getting a new license plate, and changing the address on my license. The workers were fast and friendly. I visited this office on 1/18 to get a DAV license plate. The associate told me wrong information and her actions displayed she did not want to help me. I went back on 1/24 with the information she requested. She still found a way not to help me get the DAV plate. Her actions made me feel as if she did not want to do business with a "black" customer. I had all the necessary documents from the VA to obtain the license tag but she made up another erroneous statement. I would find another title company to do business with. read more

My father passed earlier this year, so in order to sell his car we had to get a court document. We specifically made a trip to Ascension Auto Title with our documentation to make sure we had everything we need to sell the car before we listed it for sale. 3 weeks later we arrive at Ascension Auto title with our buyer and the same documentation. Now they tell us that this not a true copy and they need a true copy. No apology for the error and anything, just that we don't what we need. We make a trip the Clerk of court with our documentation. We show them what we have and they say this should have been all they need. Very unprofessional and not very customer service orientated, was just like going to the DMV in the old days. The lady who said we had all we needed was not there, so I am not sure who to blame, but as a company not very good. We will take our business else where and I would suggest you do the same. Lady is rude. I accept responsibility for not seeing the sign on the door stating that I should call them to see if I can enter due to covid. All I saw is the open sign and pulled on the door a couple of times. As I was walking back to my car I hear this rude voice saying "can't you read the sign?". Well yes ma'am I capable of reading, no, I didn't notice the sign. She then claimed all satellite dmv offices had their doors locked. I went to the next one down the street, not only was their door not locked, they were very pleasent once I was in there! That's the good thing about competition, I know where I'll never go again and if that lady is rude to others as she was to me it'll eventually affect the bottom line. Absolutely the worst. Avoid at all costs! Unable to transfer a notarized title. Employees are incompetent.
