I didn't even bother mentioning that I was the homeowner after that interaction. Believe the reviews -- they're not exaggerating. Poor attitude and lack of professionalism make it clear that customer satisfaction isn't a priority here. I recommend utilizing the express DMV on Range Ave. for your notary needs. They were fast courteous and professional.

These…read morepeople contacted my mother and were calling her phone for days to let her know they incorrectly filed some paperwork and she owed them $200 to fix their mistake. I told her she will not pay that and to contact another notary. The new notary said the documents were completely fine and she did not owe any fee and we got the problem handled. When we contacted these folks again they were rude and told my mom she still needed to pay. When we told the lady at this DS Notary we got the paperwork cleared and she could speak to another notary to verify, she completely changes her tune! She said there was never an issue all along. Unbelievable. People please seek a second opinion if using this place!! Or don't use them at all!

This court order grants such authority. I arrived with all required documents, including my driver's license, my dad's titles, and the signed certified true copy of the court order. The two individuals told me that they don't know anything about this process and don't know if legally they can do it. DID I MENTION I SHOWED THEM A SIGNED CERTIFIED TRUE COURT ORDER? They were rude to me and not sympathetic to the fact that my dad died just 2 months ago and now they are making this process wholly heartbreaking. Worthless business with incompetent owners/staff who don't know the pertinent laws. I can file a motion to compel them to follow the court order and make them pay my attorney fees and court costs for the hassle but who has time for that? I recommend you avoid this place like the plague. They are a dime a dozen and the next place I went to (the actual DMV) processed me with no hassles.

This time, however, it has taken multiple calls, over 10 days and I still don't have new plate and registration. Every time I call, I feel like I have to remind her of the situation. How many title transfers have you had in the last week that involved succession paperwork and death certificate that you can't remember? She hasn't been present during advertised work hours and doesn't call back when she says she would. I've lost total confidence that she hasn't lost the original title and don't know when I'll get my plate. Should have saved the $20 for the fee for them to do it and gone to wait at DMV myself. It's been over a year and a half since the flood, so you really can't continue to blame it for bad origination and forgetfulness. If you need notary paperwork alone, you should be okay, but I would go wait in line at the DMV to get your plate.
