The two individuals told me that they don't know anything about this process and don't know if legally they can do it. DID I MENTION I SHOWED THEM A SIGNED CERTIFIED TRUE COURT ORDER? They were rude to me and not sympathetic to the fact that my dad died just 2 months ago and now they are making this process wholly heartbreaking. Worthless business with incompetent owners/staff who don't know the pertinent laws. I can file a motion to compel them to follow the court order and make them pay my attorney fees and court costs for the hassle but who has time for that? I recommend you avoid this place like the plague. They are a dime a dozen and the next place I went to (the actual DMV) processed me with no hassles.
