I would have given this store 4 stars until today. I was willing to overlook the fact that the…read moremanager would never call me regarding my auto-renewal on my mailbox, after several notes from her employees. And after a specific request to have her call me, regarding an issue I was experiencing regarding one of her employees was ignored... I decided I would just no longer deal with that employee. Well guess what...that is when the manager decides to call me!! I have NEVER in my life had a conversation like this!!! After explaining that the employee has been extremely unhelpful (drops packages without caring, responds to missing packages inquiries with "well I don't know what to do about that", and shrugging off questions about your mailbox), I was told "that's just not their observation of the employee". Then I get accused of turning and telling a lobby full of customers that I don't trust said employee, and "that's just now how we handle things here"!! I'm then essential asked to close my mailbox at that location. I have had nothing but great service from the rest of the staff the store, and if the manager would have called me back any one of the times I had requested, this would have never happened!! Regardless, to be accused of being such an ugly person is beyond unbelievable...especially to the point of refusing my business!!

I had met with Print & Copy's owner and liked his manner. He impressed me as knowledgeable and very confident in his staff. I was up against a deadline and emailed him two files way past what a reasonable deadline would be. When I stopped by the next day to check progress, I discovered I had sent the files to the wrong address! I quickly resent them and one was incorrectly formatted. My hair was on fire, but they didn't break a sweat. Scott reformatted them, did a beautiful job and had the push cards ready within hours. So now we have a new printer! Thanks Scott and crew for our beautiful push cards. They were a big hit with our sales people and the folks at the trade show!

The price for my job was very competitive and Scott, the owner, gave me great advice when I asked for it, while creating my 50th Anniversary Class Reunion book. He went the extra mile to make my project look so good. I've had so many compliments on my book, though I know Scott deserves some of the credit for making it look so professional. I imagine my job was very small compared to some of the jobs he does, but he made me feel as though I was an important customer. He's a great businessman and a very good person.

They were kind of wishy washy and told me that Josh was not available to look at my vehicle that they. BM did not tell me he no longer works there. I asked them for a price and they told me they would need my RX all day for a simple black out. Told them Josh was always able to do it in a few hours. I started calling around and Fast Signs told me they don't do wraps and referred me to Excalibur. I called Excalibur and Josh answered the phone. Asked him are you the same Josh that used to work at BM and he responded yes and that he and his wife opened their own business. Josh wrapped the parts I wanted wrapped and was out in about an hour and a half. Highly recommended Excalibur. Josh is also the only wrap person that I'm aware of that is officially certified by 3M. Must have been my lucky day that Fast Signs referred me to Excalibur
