I asked them for a price and they told me they would need my RX all day for a simple black out. Told them Josh was always able to do it in a few hours. I started calling around and Fast Signs told me they don't do wraps and referred me to Excalibur. I called Excalibur and Josh answered the phone. Asked him are you the same Josh that used to work at BM and he responded yes and that he and his wife opened their own business. Josh wrapped the parts I wanted wrapped and was out in about an hour and a half. Highly recommended Excalibur. Josh is also the only wrap person that I'm aware of that is officially certified by 3M. He was only going to charge the diagnostic fee (an already low $75.00) for fixing all, but I gave him a substantial tip, for which he was very grateful. I will say he was 45 min. late, but he texted twice to keep us posted. I did find that I had a hard time following some of his explanations, but that's mostly because I don't speak car! I would recommend him and will call again if we need a mobile mechanic. He is very amiable (and quite the talker:)).

Like, why are you taking it on a test drive NOW????? I had to wait 30 minutes for him to come back from the test drive. And I'm supposed to thank him for being "thorough"? ---- also test drove it for over 50 miles, who do you think pays for that gas? 3. No one mentioned they were waiting on a cosmetic part, so they called me to come back a few days after I picked it up the first time. WHO HAS THE TIME?????? 4. They left a big black handprint on the cloth interior of my car... 5. I was told not to be outside alone because there just happens to be 30 homeless people on drugs outside the building. If it was done right the first time, why the hell would they have to pull it in and out over and over? Over all my experience there was a nightmare that I am still regretting. I would recommend everybody take their business elsewhere for mechanic work and general mechanic work. If I could give negative stars I would in a heartbeat. Stay away from this place at all costs is what I recommend.
