I've had such great experiences with this company. Yesterday I went in for expired window sticker. Diagnosed that I needed rear brakes and my oil needed to be topped off! Sensors on my car are hypersensitive. Dealership had quoted brakes at an incredibly high rate so I was pleasantly surprised by their quote. They ordered the pads, called me within an hour to come back and I out was out the door in about 30-45mins. They are friendly and genuinely helpful And respectful of your time! I visit February 2, 2026, approximately @ 1:16pm. Came to purchase a battery and for them to program battery to my car. I've gotten work done here a few weeks prior, brakes and rotors were done and my door panel was suppose to be reinstalled. The service advisor put battery in car but didn't program battery to my vehicle . Anyone who owns an Audi or foreign car knows its special requirements when it comes to our cars. i repeatedly ask if they knew how to do it, I was told "we work on Audis all the time . " I have a guy who loves working on those type of cars and he is very good at what he do". After work was done lights were on the dash and I knew from then that they didn't program battery to my vehicle. I contact the shop right away, even sent proof that the work wasn't done. Nothing was done, was told a manager will contact me when he gets back in to work because he was under the weather. Here it is going on another week and yet no one has contact me or did anything about this matter. I had to make an appointment with Audi to get my car fixed! After carefully doing a diagnostic, I was told my door panel was still unplugged and not installed. My battery was never programmed to car , which I have proof of that as well. I had to pay an additional 420 for audi not only to program battery to car but to fix that door panel that they were paid for from the prior work that was done. i will never do business again with this shop! I don't respect that at all. So thanks for nothing! for now on I will go to the dealership , I have learned my lesson with these shady shops. read more

Took my Corvette in for a simple oil change, which is supposed to be their specialty, and they overfilled it by 3 quarts. ( an error I caught, not them) Their solution was to drain it, remove the extra, and then put the drained oil back in the engine! If you can't figure out how much to put in in the first place, I sure don't trust you to do that correctly. I wanted them to drain it and refill with new oil so there would be no chance of contamination and we would know exactly how much went in, but they refused. I was a long time customer too! So now, in order to have peace of mind, I have to pay again for someone else to fix their screw up. Beware of Quality Lube, they do not stand behind their work, and I certainly would not describe it as "quality" in any way, shape, or form. Do better Victor! I awoke one morning with a tire going down with a screw In it. I use my truck to tow a 5er so I needed more than just a plug job. I arrived fifteen minutes before they opened and I was third in line. They got me in and out in less than thirty minutes. Excellent service and friendly staff. First, let me say I have NEVER taken the time to write a review on a business good or bad. This experience changed that. On 1-15-20 I took my daughter's 2016 Nissan Rogue to Quality to get the oil changed. Normally, I change the oil in all of our vehicles, but I was running short on time this week and had to get my daughter back to college in Oklahoma the next day. I had the oil change done at Quality, then I went home to pack and make sure everything was good with the car before the drive the next day. Once home, I decided to check the oil level just to make sure everything was ok; that's just in my nature - after all my daughter drives this car and I don't want it to ever fail her in the middle of nowhere. When I pulled the dipstick out, I couldn't believe what I saw. It was the same dark-colored oil that had been in the car before I had taken it to Quality. Additionally, the oil level was way too high. It's like someone added one extra quart because the oil was about 1/2" above the "high" marker on the dipstick. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. So, I got in the car and drove right back to Quality. I spoke to the young female at the counter (who was very nice) and actually showed her the microfiber cloth I used to check the oil. I told her the oil had not been changed, pointing out the dark color of the oil that was in the car. She took my keys and went to the bay area, then came back. I waited only about 5-7 minutes when she came back from the bay area with my keys. She stated I was "good to go" and that it was just "residual" oil. Wait, what? I knew damn well the burnt oil on the dipstick was not "residual." It's rare that I get upset, but this was crazy. Do they think I'm stupid? Instead of making a big scene, and a complete ass out of myself, I decided to just leave and go home. Once again, I checked the oil. Same color, same oil. So, I wound up changing the damn oil myself. What I found was that a new oil filter had been installed, but the oil had not been touched. When I looked at my receipt, I realized they didn't even have the correct oil type for that vehicle; not that they actually changed it. Nissan recommends OW-20, not 5W-30. The attached photos show what the oil looked like on the microfiber cloth, what it looked like draining out of my daughter's car, and what it looks like in a cup. It's dark, burnt, and smells used, PERIOD. The other photos show what new oil actually looks like after I finished changing it and running the vehicle for 10 minutes. Look at the photos and I'll let you be the judge. I have no idea what scam they were trying to pull, but not everyone that gets their oil changed is a fool. I've been a gearhead my whole life, literally rebuilding motors from the crank up on cars and motorcycles. I know what the hell new oil looks like as opposed to old oil. Bottom line, I'll be taking my family's business elsewhere to avoid something like this happening again. My advice: check your dipstick after every oil change!!! read more

I stopped by here on my way from work to get my car serviced and tires rotated last friday. By the way they have a wonderful deal where if you buy a full set of tires from them they offer free rotations for the life of the tires. Great! I had my oil changed here and they over filled it. The way we discovered this was that I saw an oil spot under my car which had never been there. My husband checked it and saw it was like a quarter inch over the FULL line. When I called in to tell them, the next day, the guy who answered said, "well we have a new guy, so I can see how this could happen. " But when I brought my car in after like 20 minutes, they said it wasn't over filled. Then the girl at the desk said (after calling her manager) that if they drained it and refilled, they wouldn't pay for fixing my engine. Who said anything about my engine!!!! That eve, my husband drained about 3/4 of a quart and then it was AT the full line. read more

I got the oil changed in my car on Thursday. By the time Sunday came, there was only about a half a quart left in the car. The technician that had so called changed the oil, left something loose and I had to pay someone to fix what I had paid to be done. Plus, I had to pay for additional oil to be put in the car. I went back to Quality on Monday and was told that the car should have been bought back to them without anything being done. He told me that they would have come to me. I told him that I was over 30 miles away and asked if they would have come He said no. I asked him if they were opened on Sunday so that I could bring the car. He said no. I asked him if more damage would have been done to the motor due to me waiting until Monday so that they could see, would they have paid for the repairs. He told me no. He only tried to point out what I had done wrong. Never once was there an apology or anything even close to it. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I will NEVER return.
