I went through the car wash on Monday and noticed new damage in the same area just below the other scratches, when I arrived at work. This time it took a huge chunk of paint and deeper scratches into the paint. I went back to the carwash and asked to speak to the manager. He immediately told me they were not responsible for the damage and it did not happen there. It absolutely did happen there and I will never go back! Went in for an oil change. Technician opened engine air filter housing without asking and…read morerecommended replacement of the filter. It was dirty, so I agreed to have it replaced. Upon leaving the shop, I noticed the vehicle's engine light was on, so I went to an auto parts store to pull the codes. Turns out the technician lost the stock air filter bolt and replaced it with a generic one without a proper washer and left the housing loose. I was able to turn both the original bolt and the replaced one without tools. I decided not to return, as I lost trust in the technician to handle things properly. Ended up ordering a set of replacement bolts and secured the air filter housing myself. Will not be returning to this establishment.
