They very good with doing tires in a timely fashion, the alignment on the other hand is something else, I asked if everything was tight on front end but they never checked, when I got back to house I decided to see if my front end was tight and bottom ball joints wore out, read more

Cross matched tires where the size and rims are reversed. Made a totally different drive and super dangerous.

Earlier this week I took my Ram 2500 in to get the tires rotated. I had just bought them a month ago, but I put a lot of miles on my truck. When I left, maybe a quarter of a mile down the road, a low pressure warning can on. I turned around and headed back to the store. They pulled me right in to fixed the tire. It had an old valve stem buried deep in the tire. The next day I call Clay, the store manager, and told him what happen. Clay told me to give him a day to get a new tire in, and offered to come in early on Saturday morning to replace it. I was back in town just before they closed on Friday evening, so I dropped it off. First thing Saturday morning my truck was ready with a new tire. This is what GREAT SERVICE is like. Awesome job done by Clay and his crew at Discount Tire in Prairieville, LA. read more

My tire pressure light came on. I pulled in and the guy checked my air pressure and said he could take my tire off and if it had a nail in it, he would patch it for free. I didn't even buy my tires there, but they said it's a service that they do. I will be buying future tires from there. What a wonderful service. read more

Deantay is amazing!! i lost my locking lug nut key and unfortunately had a flat. i was able to plug the tire but could not find anyone to help me strip them off. after a month, i found myself at discount tire on airline receiving great, hospitable service. Deantay met me in the parking lot with some tools and within 5 minutes my locking lug nuts were replaced, FREE OF CHARGE!! if it wasn't for his kindness and attentiveness, id be worried about being stranded with a future flat. thank you Deantay!!! read more

After having 2 tire orders canceled by other companies I went back to the drawing board to order another set . I'm restoring a corvette and the 15" tire is not a common size anymore so they are never in stock.I found the tires I wanted and put in the order. Discount Tire stayed in contact with me until the order was delivered and installed. I made an appointment and they had me in and out with a quality job. They do everything really well when it comes to tires. It's like a pit crew out there putting tires on your car. read more

Discount Tire - Great tires. - Tires Near Me - Prairieville, Louisiana

I have nothing but great things to say about this business. I ordered tires both for myself and my wife's car online and scheduled an appointment to have them all mounted. We were both in and out in under an hour. I like the fact they offer replacement certificates and stand behind them even if you aren't close to a Discount Tire, they will reimburse you. Don't hesitate to shop here. read more

Shout out to these professionals! My son and his girl friend were headed cross country from Pensacola to Phoenix, AZ in a rental car (thanks to the airline debacle of Christmas 2022). They picked up a nail which would have stopped them dead in their journey. They pulled into DT just before closing and were greeted by Josh who made sure they were fixed and back on the road! I have been a customer of DT for many years. This experience made me a customer for life! Thank you team Discount!!!!! Thank you Joshua! read more

After today, I won't go anywhere else. Walked into Discount Tire at 9AM greeted with a smile. Told the service writer exactly what I wanted. Was given a price for 4 new tires, mounted, balanced etc and handed over my keys. Left for breakfast and by 9:38 AM I get a text that my vehicle was ready. Not only was the service writer very competent, he didn't try to up-sell me on anything. Not only the great experience but Discount Tire offers free tire check, tire pressure check, tire rebalance, tire rotation all for free for the life of the tires. Great experience! read more

I was greeted at the door(almost never happens) anywhere these days), I had zero wait at 4pm on a Saturday(1 hour before closing). I had a screw in my tire, and I asked them to fix it--they weren't able to because of where the screw was. Then tHey told me that he couldn't order me a new tire because they don't carry the type on my vehicle. I said "all right thanks anyway." Thinking that I was done, But He said "but since you've got a full size spare, we can mount and balance it for you" I happily agreed. He printed me an invoice--for zero dollars. They provided that service to me for free knowing that they weren't going to even get a tire sale out of me. I appreciate how nice they were. I appreciate how quick they were. I appreciate how clean it was. They were so attentive (to everyone in the building). I'm not sure about their prices, but I will be back, because I'm willing to pay for the level service they provide. read more

Quick attention as soon as I pulled up with a driver-side rear flat. They offered a few different tire packages to purchase but they were able to diagnose and repair my flat for FREE. Jonathan was helpful and I was back on the road. I'll be back to purchase 4 new tires soon. I've been loyal to NTB for several years (so many locations) but Discount Tire really impressed me while visiting in Prairieville. read more

These guys are pros!!! I go in on Tuesday with a leaky tire. They access the problem in minutes order a new one, call my insurance and I'm on my way full of air. They call the next day that tire arrived. When I get there the waiting area is full, all bays are full and this place is hopping. I still get greeted with a smile and the guy remembers me and my EV. I am politely told it will be about 45 minutes. I get all comfortable for the wait and ten minutes later my car is out front, guy hands me the keys and thanks for my business. Why can't every business run this smoothly and why can't you get stats while you wait everywhere you have to wait. Gentlemen in red shirts with such courtesy; my heroes! Great bunch in here. I'm telling you, don't go everywhere else! read more

Woke up to a flat tire at the hotel and in a need to get to a mtg. Put enough air in tire to get to the store. They rushed me in, repaired tire (screw), rotated and balanced, and had me on my way in 30 minute. Great service this morning to make a bad start to a morning better read more

Had a great experience! Rob (manager) helped make my special request successful (my order was waiting and ready when we arrived).

The staff was friendly and helpful. Clay went above and beyond! We live in Baton Rouge and Discount is 30 minutes away but it is worth it. We will be back for all our tire needs. Thank you!! read more

So I'm giving it 2 stars, not for the work they do but for there attitude and the GMs attitude. So I get off work at 7 and they close at 6. Why they close at 6? Beats me. So I left early and after fighting traffic I get there at 5:45 to get a patch in my tire. Yeah I get it it's rig before y'all close but my tire was almost flat. While they were patching one tire I asked if they would check the other one because it's been getting low and I've been having to fill it like once a month. When they took it off they said they can't patch it because it's already been patched in a different spot by "someone else". I've only went to discount tire sense I've gotten these abs I used to live in Colorado so it's probably from them. I said okay just slap it back on there then. But when they are working on it the GM comes out and very rudely said "you couldn't of came an hour ago or giving us a phone call or nothing?! It's freaking 6:00" like it's my fault they close so early. And the look I was getting from all the employees made me feel very unwanted. Like there was 3 other cars getting worked on. Not just mine. I've gotten my free 4 tires from them and I'll never use discount tire again. read more

Their service was flawless. From the moment I showed up, Spencer the assistant manager opened the door for me, I told him , I have got a nail on my tire I need help and I have no time. He got me in took care of me walked with a 4 new set of tires I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes!! The manager Andrew was very nice, did a fantastic job telling me which tire is best for me. Both Andrew the manager and Spencer the Assisnsnt manager were fantastic. FLAWLESS, Phenomenal , caring service. If I had an option to give SIX stars I would. read more

The business is fine, here is what just happened to me. I brought the car in to have the tires balanced and rotated under warranty. They text me within 15 minutes and said that my car was ready for pick up. I looked at all four tires to see if they were rotated, and of course they were not. The service writer told me that the technician said he rotated the tires. The other service writers at the desk said that they saw him rotate the tires. I have one new rim on the front of my vehicle. If they truly rotated the tires, that rim would have been on the rear. It's funny, One of them will lie, and the others try to cover for him. Ridiculous! read more

I visited Metairie, La and was in route back home to Texas. I have been a Discount Tire customer for more than 15 years. I contacted my Discount Tire in Houston TX and advised that my tire needed to be replaced ASAP. I was told the closest location was 54 miles away in Pineville, LA. I called the location and spoke to Assistant Manager Jeremy Borras, gave my location and indicated that I was on the way. My tire was replaced within twenty minutes. The Management and staff were EXCELLENT. The Discount Tire locations Houston TX have always been great. But the entire staff at your Pineville location has exceeded all others. read more

I bought my tires at a Discount Tire in Michigan before I moved to NOLA. I got a flat and came here to have it fixed or replaced. Came to this store, had a great experience. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Service was expedient. Ended up not costing anything to have the tire patched and tires balanced and rotated - I thought it was free because I bought the tires at another Discount and had the warranty, but they informed me they would do this for others too. If I need new tires or rims in the next couple of years, I will definitely come back to this location. Hopefully even more Discount Tires will come into Louisiana now that this one started the precedent, but for now, I'll make the trip to Prairieville as needed read more

DO NOT waste your time at ChaBill's, Goodyear, or any tire shop. I'm from NOLA and moved to Houston in '06. My former neighbor in Houston manages a Discount Tire in Houston and is a great guy and I went to various Discount Tire shops when I needed any tire services. I purchased tires from ChaBill's recently and had a horrible experience with TPS and an oil change they did and it could've damaged my engine. I moved back in '15 and so glad DT is here in Louisiana!! The entire staff at this location is great, friendly, and they are serious about providing you top notch service. They will match any competitors rates!!! They want long term customers and I'm one that will never go anywhere else. read more

This Discount Tire has AMAZING customer service! I popped a tire literally less than a mile away from the store and they came and put my spare on and drove behind me until I got it to the store and got my car in immediately to get a new tire. Again AMAZING! read more

Yep, this is as good as it gets. So glad my tire went bust close to Discount Tire. After 7 years of the ripoff run-around tire game in Baton Rouge, this was such a great experience. Fast, honest, many options by intelligent courteous employees & in less than 30 minutes I am out with a new tire for much less than anyone else in town. At most I have been given 2 options everywhere else in a high price range. I was given so many choices here, in stock, of great tires with warranties. Most impressive was the hustle of active fast moving employees happy to do their job. So normal I could not believe I was in Baton Rouge-Pville! I intend to get 3 more new tires from them asap. read more
