Got me TWO tires in a very odd size that I needed in a Hurry, ( nobody else could) same day, NO appointment needed (unlike everyone else). They asked me how they could help me before I could even get out of the car!! Their tech also spotted a crack in the rim that I didn't see, recommended a place to get it welded, and even wrote the information down on a card for me!! Ms. Rhonda was a joy to speak to, very helpful, and true to her word, and even helped me while she was trying to eat her breakfast!! It was done when they said, how they said, and for what they said!!! RARE THESE DAYS!!! Go there for your tires!!! read more

Ben and his team are always there to help. I really appreciate the consistency when it comes to the work. It's always a job well done! The service is always super quick as well! We love this place! read more

This shop was recommended by a mechanic and I'm glad he did. I called ahead to discuss type of tires and they ordered the 2 I wanted. They changed out the tires quickly. What impressed me was the tech telling me that the recommendation to replace the two front tires was not going to solve the problem I was describing. He was right. His advice to get the back tires balanced again at the dealership was the correct course. The dealership said the front tires were balanced perfectly so I verified the quality service from McDonald Tires. Will get all my tires here in future. Honestly this shop does not look modern or fancy but they get the job done right. read more

SO happy with my service from McDonald Tire 2. They were incredibly friendly and extremely affordable. They offered me two different options to fix my car with no added pressure to choose the pricier one. (Still so affordable). I got my front break pads and front rotors replaced and it was finished in a few hours. Their kindness and family-friendly service has my loyalty! I'll refer them to everyone read more

Came here for an alignment, awesome staff, They were friendly and complimented my car's work :) They even let me know other issues they could fix for me (most other mechanics don't tell me) so i really appreciated that! would recommend! read more

McDonald Tire 2 - My car getting an alignment on professional aligning equipment! got pretty happy when I saw what they used! - Tires Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Great service, great tires, great customer service, great customer service-oriented professionalism

I called in on Wednesday midday and spoke with Rhonda. I explained, my daughter lives in Baton Rouge and I am calling from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. I told Rhonda, my daughter hit a pot hole Tuesday night and we need to have her car towed in for a tire replacement. I further explained, I needed to find out if they had her particular tire in stock before having AAA transport the car to find out they don't have the tire. Rhonda said, "I can order the tire and have it here in about 2 hours." She gave me a price for the tire, plus a few less expensive options. I asked if we can order the tire and have to car towed the following morning? Rhonda said, "that will be fine." Thursday morning my daughter and her car arrived via tow truck to the shop. I told my daughter to keep me informed about the progress. I think it didn't even take an hour from start to finish with replacing the new tire onto the car. For those of you who have children living away attending college, etc. You know, It's a parent's worst nightmare for your child to call about car trouble and you are miles away. I must say, RHONDA and the staff made this experience flow so effortlessly!!!! My daughter said the place was clean and they were very professional. Rhonda, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! read more

Always friendly, fast, and reliable. I have to say it's hard keeping the same customer service at a high level for so many years. We'll these guys definitely have the blueprint. They have never let me down nor anyone I have referred to them. If you ever need quick service and great prices. You will be in great hands. From tire repair, new tire, breaks, etc they are excellent . My wife was low on air and she stopped in for them to check it out, she said they were so friendly as usual and that's why they have stayed in business for so long. I'm must say I agree. Great job guys . read more

I drove up at 9:26 and left at 9:41 after having my tire repaired by friendly and professional employees. Because I bought my tire at McDonald's, there was no charge. There is absolutely nothing fun and exciting about having a tire repaired but McDonald's made sure I had plenty of time to find something fun and exciting to do. Highly recommended! read more

Had to replace all of my tires, originally they thought they only had two that I needed but they were able to find two more and replace them all. Installation was quick, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! read more

Love the service. Owner is a great guy that greets and remembers every customer by name.

This is a great place to get a tire. The guys are so nice and friendly. I had a back tire I needed replaced. While I was in the little office waiting, the guy came in to tell me they put a new tire on, but it didn't look good and they were going to take it off and put a different one on to make sure I would be good. He just wanted to let me know it would be a few more minutes. I liked how they were honest and actually cared about my safety and not just making money. The tire only cost my 39.00. I was worried I might be taken advantage of since I was a woman and by myself, but they were so fair and easy to work with. I will definitely come back here if I need any more tires. Great service and I highly recommend them to anybody that needs a tire. read more

If you need tire help....and we all do at some time in life....Stop right now and go here! This business is so good they are in a league by themselves! Our whole office goes here and we get all the tire service for our company cars here. My last flat that they serviced I was In and out in less than 20 minutes from the time I pulled in the driveway. The parking area was about full. But they greeted me in less than 60 seconds! The charge was less than 15 dollars! My partner at work needed a new truck tire and they sold him a 200 + dollar new tire for 50.00 with tax and installation! They are sooooo nice and they rock and roll! Rhonda was very nice and helpful! Everybody that works here is a super hero! We had used a bunch of other tire service centers around town before we found McDonalds. The others had us waiting for hours. If we were not buying a whole set of tires we got pushed back and had to wait endlessly. Not at McDonalds... All our staff that use them comment on how efficient and professional they were treated. Tire problems are no fun and happen when you least expect them... you will get a big smile after McDonalds fixes your problems! read more

I am so thankful for the service that I received today. We noticed that our tire was literally about to come apart, due to a puncture of some sort. Although we had a tire warranty through Toyota, they would not replace it. We would have had to spend a ridiculous amount not only to replace the tire, but an additional fee to put the tire on. Needless to say, we left Toyota with limited time to get to McDonald, so we called because we had to drive very careful to avoid an accident. They assured us that we would be serviced as long as we made it by 5:00 pm. We made it there at 4:59 pm. I'm sure they were ready to go home, but they immediately serviced our vehicle. They were polite and even thanked us for our business. They replaced two tires in 10 minutes! They could have very well saved our lives and we are truly grateful. I highly recommend. I wish I could give them more stars. read more

I've been using Ben at McDonald Tires for 20 years. You won't find better customer service anywhere!

Couldn't be happier with the service. The guys didn't try to up sell me. They gave me a fair price, responsible timeframe, and made sure I was satisfied before payment. Would tell anyone to go there read more

Out of towner that needed a brake job for my SUV. Decided to use the yelp request quote feature. McDonald Tire 2 was the only request that provided me with a quote with an actual price and beyond that a incredibly reasonable price. Ben the owner was able to squeeze me in and get a full rotor and pad job done in less than an hour. Ben gave everything to me straight and I actually opted for a slightly more expensive but longer lasting solution. Customer service was outstanding and everyone on staff was extremely helpful. Thank you Ben for the great service, you won my business. I will definitely be back should any other problems come up. read more

This place is the only place I'll take my car to get tires fixed. They are fast, friendly, affordable and give you service with a smile. I only wish they were open on Saturdays. No worries though, I arrange my schedule to accommodate them because they're THAT good! read more

I was referred to this shop by another auto repair place. McDonald's patched a tire that I know many tire stores will not do nowadays, because it was in the outer third of the tread (This is mainly a ploy to sell a new tire rather than repair the leak). The service was prompt. A technician was walking toward my car before I fully stopped, even though they were very busy. Most of the guys seemed self-directed--they see what needs to be done and do it. The boss is floating around, coordinating things and addressing problems. I am very happy with this experience, and plan to give them a shot when I need replacement tires. read more
