If I could ZERO stars to FRANK and DEDE, it wouldn't even me enough to explain how TERRIBLE he is!…read moreYes Frank I am your client, well not anymore! So please don't try the same response you have with other 1 star reviews. Except that it might be time to retire and never come back! I have had 2 other attorneys that got me SOLE cutsodyno questions asked, and Frank seems to be updated on the 2026 FAMILY law system. I expressed my disappointment since the first conversation, but FRANK FRERRA Denys everything! No wonder, he can't remember court dates or what your case is about, or what your name even is! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! First appointment with Frank he was LATE, and busy answering his son's soccer. calls instead of the CLIENT in front of him. Count date later and Frank has bombed my case. Was supposed to be a simple issue but I assume that isn't up to his comprehension skills. It's 2026, and soon you will be out of money big boy! A law firm is a BUSINESS! Treat it like that instead of your house. It is UNPROFESSIONAL to 1, show up late to scheduled meetings. 2, not remember the case or what is happening. 3 to NOT SHOW UP AT ALL! Then blame it on you. 4, to get hired as a family attorney and refuse to touch any modifications, judgments, amend anything, help with prep for court. Absolutely nothing! If your a mother watch out also because he will blame the problem on YOU! I was disappointed since dav 1 ot hiring FRANK! of hiring Frank, but was told to trust but he has done LESS THAN ME! Thank you Frank. For causing me more distress and arguing with YOUR CLIENT! Also wasting thousands from family's to support your wife's BENZ! And pay for your son to attend private school! While we (the families) are counting on you for help, but I would consider that to be the equivalent of arguing with a peice of dirt. Frank is not liked in Livingston parish, and an extremely poor attorney and man. I'm not sure how Dee Dee puts up with it other than the money! Anyways DO NOT USE FRANK FRERRA OR DEE DEE FRERRA! You will be talking to a door. Frank was put on attorney probation on 9/20/2017 and was found guilty. Again on 2/23/2021 and was found guilty And suspended 10/14/2014

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. We had an absolute horrible experience with this company…read moreand I would not recommend them to anyone. There was an issue with our documents. We've never been given a straight answer about whether the problem originating with the mortgage company or with Gulf Coast, but our suspicion is that it was the title company that made the error. We've been trying to get this issue resolved since July and we were told today that it would not be fixed because it would cost $125 and they refuse to pay it. I'll omit the name of the attorney we spoke to there, but he was incredibly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Here's hoping no one else has to deal with the gross incompetence and failure to take responsibility this company has displayed. If your lender mentions them as a title company option, tell them no and don't think twice about it.
