This time, however, it has taken multiple calls, over 10 days and I still don't have new plate and registration. Every time I call, I feel like I have to remind her of the situation. How many title transfers have you had in the last week that involved succession paperwork and death certificate that you can't remember? She hasn't been present during advertised work hours and doesn't call back when she says she would. I've lost total confidence that she hasn't lost the original title and don't know when I'll get my plate. Should have saved the $20 for the fee for them to do it and gone to wait at DMV myself. It's been over a year and a half since the flood, so you really can't continue to blame it for bad origination and forgetfulness. If you need notary paperwork alone, you should be okay, but I would go wait in line at the DMV to get your plate.

I told her she will not pay that and to contact another notary. The new notary said the documents were completely fine and she did not owe any fee and we got the problem handled. When we contacted these folks again they were rude and told my mom she still needed to pay. When we told the lady at this DS Notary we got the paperwork cleared and she could speak to another notary to verify, she completely changes her tune! She said there was never an issue all along. Unbelievable. People please seek a second opinion if using this place!! Or don't use them at all!

I and my father constantly told them that I just needed an ID, not a Driver's License, so the eye chart test wasn't needed. Nope. I ended up getting my Real ID in Baton Rouge with no issue. The workers I met were helpful until I couldn't pass that eye test. That's when things became unreasonable.
