I was so put off by this experience on the phone with them that I chose the other notary. And guess what? Even though I refused to give them my phone number, they're now calling me. What?!!

I told her she will not pay that and to contact another notary. The new notary said the documents were completely fine and she did not owe any fee and we got the problem handled. When we contacted these folks again they were rude and told my mom she still needed to pay.
