They sent me away because they apparently thought I wanted a Driver's License, which I did not nor need. I and my father constantly told them that I just needed an ID, not a Driver's License, so the eye chart test wasn't needed. Nope. I ended up getting my Real ID in Baton Rouge with no issue. The workers I met were helpful until I couldn't pass that eye test. That's when things became unreasonable.

I called to get a quote to get a one page form notarized (to compare with the price a different…read morenotary had just given me) and instead of just quoting me the price like the other notary had just done, they insisted on getting my personal information over the phone just to tell me how much they charge, including my phone number. That really creeped me out and I told them that I don't give out my phone number. They said okay and finally gave me the quote. I was so put off by this experience on the phone with them that I chose the other notary. And guess what? Even though I refused to give them my phone number, they're now calling me. What?!!

I've used this company twice now. The first time was a couple years ago when we were transferring a…read moretitle of a car and my experience was great. This time, however, it has taken multiple calls, over 10 days and I still don't have new plate and registration. Every time I call, I feel like I have to remind her of the situation. How many title transfers have you had in the last week that involved succession paperwork and death certificate that you can't remember? She hasn't been present during advertised work hours and doesn't call back when she says she would. I've lost total confidence that she hasn't lost the original title and don't know when I'll get my plate. Should have saved the $20 for the fee for them to do it and gone to wait at DMV myself. It's been over a year and a half since the flood, so you really can't continue to blame it for bad origination and forgetfulness. If you need notary paperwork alone, you should be okay, but I would go wait in line at the DMV to get your plate.
