Zero complaints. David, the owner, was very up front with pricing and the details of the installation and the technical details of the sensor calibration. I called ahead of time, gave him the details of my car, set up an appointment, and it was painless from there. He told me it would take about 1.5 hours but they finished in less than an hour. Caveat emptor - other shops will add a "calibration charge" to a windshield replacement when in most cases the calibration is not necessary. After I talked to David the first time I called around to some other shops and found they all had an extra charge for the calibration. David was up front and said they wouldn't do it unless it was necessary. A simple windshield change does not affect the sensor calibration. If the car has been crashed then it will, but just changing the glass does not upset the calibration. Other shops did not tell me this, just told me the calibration was required. Saved me literally hundred of dollars!! Do your own research and check it out for yourself, but you will wind up here in the end.

We are traveling…read moreback to Texas from Florida and got a SES light on our Ford e450 / Sunseeker RV for a Cylinder 4 misfire. We stopped off exit 80 and I searched for/found the number for Mobile Mechanic Svcs 45 mins away. I called Mark to see if he could help and where we could meet him. He told us to stay put and he would make the drive to us. He replaced the coil and after we paid him I mentioned that I always try to look at situations like this as a "Divine Intervention" and truly believe that we must've been spared something far more difficult. What happened next had (and still has) me in tears. Mark asked my husband and I if we would like to pray together. He proceeded to say the most beautiful, heartfelt prayer...to bless us and keep us safe on our journey and in life. Breaking down in an RV is definitely some First World problems. Did the coordination and pick up of new decal, removed the bad work and put the new ones on. For free. Had nothing to do with why I was there, but they saw an issue and took it upon themselves to make sure my new truck looked amazing. Did window tint, PPF wrap, and ceramic coating. They worked with me on the cost and even ultimately upgraded the ceramic coating at no extra cost. Truck looks amazing. I cannot express how amazing the people and their work are here at KleenTech.
