It's old and they don't make 'em any more, but the staff at Paretti have never given me attitude or shown any reluctance to work on it. This has happened to me before with other old cars (I keep them a long time if I like them) and service attempts at other dealers (I don't keep them if I don't like them). I find I would rather bring my Mazda here than the local shops I use for my other vehicles. The showroom and waiting areas are modern and clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and they don't treat me like an idiot who doesn't know anything about cars. The sales guys always try to sell me a new one to replace the old, but they aren't pushy about it. The service work has been great so far - no return trips to straighten out something that didn't get right the first time. I will gladly go back again. When my car finally dies I might go buy the next one from them.

STEALERSHIP! let me…read morestart by saying I had a pleasant time dealing with the sales folks, nothing wrong there. Don't.....DONT even think about dealing with service at this place. I had a FAULTY cracked infotainment screen which Mazda has admitted it is such and I called up the corporate latter and was told it's typically a $500-750 fix (not great but i figured typical dealer markup) , so I go set up a service appointment at the dealership. Ask the service rep how much just to confirm, she goes typically between $500 dollar mark. NOPE NOPE NOPE. THIS STEALERSHIP WANTED NEARLY 2K to fix a screen crack on a screen the size of a IPAD mini. I talked to the rep and she's like don't worry we can definitely lower the price on that. I go look at the price breakdown and they had me near the $400 range for labor ALONE! For what Mazda claims is a 30 minute fix and I even found the technician service guide (all they do is replace the unit with the SAME FAULTY UNIT) they can't be bothered by taking 2 seconds to take the 2 SCREWS off the display and replace the screen (25-100$ DIY Fix FYI). After I called out the service manager about the labor he told me he dropped the labor price! After checking it went down $100 bucks. YA BUDDY STILL 290$ FOR A 12 MINUTE YOUTUBE VIDEO JOB, HOW MANY MAZDA TECHNICIANS DO YOU NEED TO CHANGE A SCREEN. In the end they still wanted nearly 1400 to fix an iPad! Do not service your car here. Wouldn't trust them to fix a damn thing. I'll drive to Gulfport and go to Jay Allen Mazda before I even think about Paretti.

I was told I had an oil leak and needed a $200 diagnostic…read moreso they had my car all day no phone call and when I called at almost 5 they still had not looked at my car. So I had to pay to uber to and from work, etc. So no one calls to tell me what the outcome of the diagnostic was because my service rep wasn't in. Finally, tired of waiting, I called and I got a message of what I needed. I said yes, order the parts i will get it fixed. A few months later I called to see why I wasn't called to have my car repaired and was told a part was on backorder, this was in November, it is now May. No follow up and then someone (sales associate) from Banner texts me so I tell them my situation. Nothing. No follow up. So I spent $200 for nothing and how do I trust them now?

Last week my mother who is almost 83 got swindeled into going to Covington Kia by her…read moregranddaughter. My mother who has not driven in over 18 years and not in sound mind signed a contract for a brand new car, even though she has NO INCOME and hasnt worked for 20 years. In all my years I have never heard of a dealership not verifiing income. Neither my monther or her granddaughter have valid drivers license or any type of income. But they let them drive of the lot with the car. We went the very next day to see if the dealership would let my dementia parent return the car as it had only been 24 hours but they were told too bad! Also we asked how they slept at night having a 83 year old women not in right mind and could pass away at any time sign a 40k car loan for a car worth 18k, they said they slept like babies on 3000 thread count sheets, and doesn't matter to them. They wouldnt even consider doing the right thing. And before the owner comes on here saying this isnt true, we have it all recorded. Update** I am in no way a salemens or in the car business. Nor would I ever want to be if these are the type of things that sales people have to do to make money. I have called PNC finance who got tricked into financing this car and made an incident report. They will be contacting your dealership soon.
