I took the vehicle in for an oil change at 45k miles. It needs a battery according to them and the sales department is not willing to take care of a customer that is less than 3 months after purchase. This repair would have cost the dealership less than 200 dollars. Now they will not ever get a dollar from me. I will tow it to Slidell or across the lake before it goes back to them

I was told that it needed a new radar, and bracket, and that it would cost almost $2300.00 to fix. I declined having them repair it. I decided I would take a look at it since the combined total of that radar and bracket if bought from amazon was about $180.00. I popped the radar cover off the front of the bumper and noticed that the radar seemed dislodged from the bracket. I then pushed on it. It immediately clicked into place and has worked ever since. $2300.00 for a repair that needed 0 parts and about 5 minutes of labor........ I'm guessing that since I just paid my car off Im not worth the hassle anymore? Or maybe they are trying to get me to trade it in? Whatever the case they lost what would have been a repeat customer. Guess Ill try Toyota next. And I almost forgot, as soon as I hit the interstate with it after the oil change the metal shroud under the engine caught wind and bent down to scrape the road every time I went over a bump. Once I made it to work I bent it back in place and replaced the bolts they either left out, or left loose enough to fall out........ Should probably check my drain plug too since it was left loose on a previous oil change and dripped oil on my drive way.......

Worse Honda dealer I visited was Premier in New Orleans, actual prices are much higher than advertised on cars.com. Premier also offered less for my trade than other Honda dealers and mileage on their Ridgeline was higher than advertised. Richard's is also a good dealer bought a 2020 Ridgeline from them but they couldn't match Covington's deal

Brought my Ram in for service and was told 3 times that they had ordered the part (truck is still under the manufactures warranty) and each time I followed up they had no record of it. Finally met with Brian the Service manager and was told I never should have been told that it was on order and instructs his team not to approve warranty repair. He refused to provide an Stellantis/Ram claim number. Refused to service the vehicle, which again was under warranty. So I went to Ross Downing Jeep in Hammond and they ordered the part, serviced the vehicle under the warranty with no issue, and were generally great to deal with.

It's old and they don't make 'em any more, but the staff at Paretti have never given me attitude or shown any reluctance to work on it. This has happened to me before with other old cars (I keep them a long time if I like them) and service attempts at other dealers (I don't keep them if I don't like them). I find I would rather bring my Mazda here than the local shops I use for my other vehicles. The showroom and waiting areas are modern and clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and they don't treat me like an idiot who doesn't know anything about cars. The sales guys always try to sell me a new one to replace the old, but they aren't pushy about it. The service work has been great so far - no return trips to straighten out something that didn't get right the first time. I will gladly go back again. When my car finally dies I might go buy the next one from them.
