DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER! I scheduled a vehicle repair 4+ weeks BEFORE bringing my RAM into the dealership for repair (because they couldn't see my truck sooner). Four days before my SCHEDULED appointment, I brought my RAM there and dropped it off. I didn't hear ANYTHING about my truck until I called 15 days after dropping the truck off. They were supposed to call me back that day, but they did not. I called the next day (day 16), and they couldn't find my truck, my paperwork, or my keys. No records of my vehicle. They did call back once that day (at the end of the day), saying the truck was "finished days ago" and that they "forgot to call me." I asked what was wrong, and I was told that they didn't even look at the reason the truck was brought to the shop (likely needs a new PCM based on another shop's review). All they did was update software AND DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE ACTUAL ISSUE. My truck was left there for a specific repair, lost, and without a call when they STOPPED WORKING ON IT so I could get my truck, they just never even looked at the reason I brought it to the shop! I had previously brought my Jeep Wrangle in for oil change and tire rotation- always been please with speedy service. this time I took it in because of a warning light and a tire problem. First issue was the first available appointment was 3 weeks out. Parts had to be ordered (understandable) was supposed to be a couple of days. after not hearing from them, not able to contact by phone after leaving messages my husband went over there and was told mechanic was at lunch (10:30 am) after an hour or so was told mechanic was not there and they couldn't find the paperwork! When work was finally completed the bill shows work that I was told they recommended not to do. I had a tire throw a belt - getting new tires and was charged for a tire rotation (buying tires elsewhere) Will not return to the service center - and more than likely will find my next Jeep somewhere else read more

Honestly I don't know much about this place but I Brought my car (2015 grand Cherokee) to get worked done to it. I asked the guy what caused the problem and he told me So I can fix it the next time it happens. It happened again like a week later and I'll check what he said and there was nothing wrong with it. Come to find out my car just has a computer problem and they lied to me and said that they fixed it when they actually didn't it just takes my car two hours to reset itself. So they basically scammed me out of money and lied to me and said he fix my car when I didn't. I'd like my $190 back. (They charge me 190$ because they said a connection was lose and they just had to plug it in) smh. Never go here to get work done. read more

I brought my 2007 Jeep into repair the air conditioner blowing hot in July. They said I needed a new compressor, drive belt, and it was out of freon. It's hot and I need air. I approve the work trusting their mechanic.. $1200 approximately. I was glad to pay knowing my air would be working. Two (2) weeks later the air is blowing hot. Same as my original complaint. I take it back in Aug 7. Seven days later they finally look at my vehicle and they have come up with a new diagnosis for the same problem... an evaporator leak needing to be replaced and a new heater core and more freon. I point out that the first repair mentioned the freon was empty and no mechanic addressed an apparent leak. They are asking $1800 for this repair and even with the details that somewhere their mechanic replaced unnecessary parts with the first repair as he did not fix a leak, they are only offering me a $350 discount on labor. I feel like I am being railroaded as a woman. It is 100 plus degrees some days in Louisiana and they know people are suffering in this heat. I did not complain with the first repair, but they should bear the cost of the differ in the parts that I did not need with the new parts that they now believe will fix the problem. They are unapologetic for their mechanic making a incorrect repair call and I should pay for his mistake if want my air to work. read more

The Service dept. is Anything But!! Worst Customer Service we have ever dealt with in the Automotive industry, in the Hammond area, Find an Independent Mechanic to work on your Chrysler. These people are the worst. I should have gone with my first impression when we walked in the door and left with my car the first time. We were told when we returned the car for a second time, after they worked on the car and it wasn't repaired correctly for a total of $387.00, that we needed an appointment and couldn't just drop off a car that needed repair, it would be a week before they could look at it and it would just sit until next week. Pathetic attitudes, like I was bothering them to ask for Service. Stay Away from these Clowns!! read more

I have a Jeep Liberty that recently got a new fuel pump installed. When it broke down I had it towed to Community and the service writer insisted it was the fuel pump even though I could hear it humming. After arguing with the service writer I gave in and let them change the fuel pump. My car now runs great. I was also impressed with a price much lower than I anticipated. I can't begin to express how horrible this place is. The service department is the worst. They price gauge and try to mess over people. My boyfriend brought in his truck, and was told he needed to replace the entire rear end. They said he needed a axle assembly, and was quoted a used one with 76k miles on for around $2200, well I work for a dealership and had my parts guy look up this used part and found the same exact one they quoted him for $1223. Now I know the dealership needs to make their money, but really $1000 over?, So I call the parts guy at community motors and ask him how much they were actually paying for it, he says $1700. Lies, because what he didn't know is that I had in front of me what they had quoted him. Which yes it was a little higher that the $1223 but only because they were also purchasing a 2 yr warranty, which wasn't even offered to my boyfriend, they told him it only came with a 6 month warranty. Which all this tells me is that if it was to break again in the 2 year term you were going to make my boy friend pay and get your money from the warranty. Wow I am speechless on how this place tries to get over people. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Please do your research before going to them or believing anything they say! read more

Went there to get my car looked at. There were three issues I knew of, so naturally I told the "mechanic" on duty what I thought they were. He said it would cost 96.00 PER ISSUE (96x3) just to LOOK at them. I knew that wasn't right and since I am a woman who was there by myself, I figured I was being lied to. Finally ordered the parts we needed online for less than $90 and we are going to fix it ourselves. The person I dealt with, Aaron, was rude, dismissive and kind of dim. He did not greet me, smile, or make eye contact once. I asked politely if they were open on weekends, so I could come back with someone, and he said Mon-Fri only, but I see on this site they have weekend hours listed. I would fix that if I were running a reputable business, or make sure employees know when they are actually open. I will never go back and I've told friends and family about my experience. They aren't going back either. Stay away from this place and take your hard earned money elsewhere. read more
