Unfortunately, the craftsmanship was poor and the glass was not installed correctly. For a custom job at that price, I expected precise, professional work. Instead, I paid a lot of money for an installation that wasn't done right. As I've gotten older, I've learned that sometimes it's better to just walk away, but I want other customers to know what to expect before they hire this company. If you need custom glass for a camper shell or vehicle, I'd recommend getting multiple quotes and looking at examples of their finished work first. One day installation, beautiful handiwork, super-high quality materials...and the staff? Forget about it, these folks were the absolute best to work with. From our first contact with the knowledgeable and polite, but most of all EXCITED FOR US, Tessa to the friendly, well represented installer crew, the whole process was a dream with which to be involved. I'm not used to DIY projects (we updated the bathroom ourselves) working out so well...not that I installed the shower doors myself, but the fact that everything works perfectly is amazing to this old wanna-be renovator. :) I wasn't intending for the beautiful work done by Northlake Glass to be such a prominent feature, but just look a the quality and luxurious feel of thick, real glass shower doors that not only look beautiful, but operate like they ride on butta and make me wanna shower more just to enjoy them! I texted the text thread THEY started at check in, twice, and called three times. Finally, at 4pm, I asked for the Service Manager. He was very abrupt - "your keys are on the service desk", "you can come get it". No explanation for the lack of communication. I will be replacing this vehicle soon, but will spend my money at another dealership, not this one.
