Since the first bathroom came out so amazing, we decided to do it again! Here's my original post, which applies exponentially since these were two separate visits, but with the same amazing customer service and attention to detail and quality! Check out the new pics! Home renovations. Who doesn't fear those words? I know I do! But, when we're partnered with amazing people like those over at Northlake Glass, anxiety becomes joy and freedom. One day installation, beautiful handiwork, super-high quality materials...and the staff? Forget about it, these folks were the absolute best to work with. From our first contact with the knowledgeable and polite, but most of all EXCITED FOR US, Tessa to the friendly, well represented installer crew, the whole process was a dream with which to be involved. I'm not used to DIY projects (we updated the bathroom ourselves) working out so well...not that I installed the shower doors myself, but the fact that everything works perfectly is amazing to this old wanna-be renovator. :) I wasn't intending for the beautiful work done by Northlake Glass to be such a prominent feature, but just look a the quality and luxurious feel of thick, real glass shower doors that not only look beautiful, but operate like they ride on butta and make me wanna shower more just to enjoy them! Rude , Rude , Rude !! I order the 6 pieces of sushi door , first didn't came when is supposed to be ready . I'm talk with the owner how I want it , i do understand it's not gonna be exactly the same . I told him just put the handle for hold he say he can do it . I call them many time when is ready !when I go pick up there they give me just 3 piece glass not with the handle for hold when I talk with him he said "I'm forget" , so I need to go back & bring it back the sample of the piece show them how he has to do it and to get ready Have to wait 1 more day . Next day pick up & try to use it. It's wrong measurements in those 3 pieces glass some is wider , some is shorter can't even use it . If it's can use it I don't even need to go there & fix for me . Rude owner old man was told me he measurements Only glass not with plastic no matter how you measure need to be right . But he didn't even say sorry single thing he just yelled at me & blame on me that I come & complain to fix . I didn't even say I need refund just want fix. He even told me ""I'm not gonna refund the money I'm gonna just put it in the trash . you can complain & i don't care"" . I don't recommend to go Northlake glass . Late last night a pine branch crashed through our garage door window. First thing this morning we called and Billie was very kind and knowledgeable. She set up an appointment right away and MIKE came to our rescue and fixed the broken window, very professionally and quick! Great service! read more

Great company, fast high quality service at a reasonable price. Installed new shower door and bathroom mirror. Showed up when promised and did a high quality job. I called on 8-3 regarding a glass quote. My shower was measured on 8-4. I was told to expect the quote by end of business day 8-5 and that the glass could take up to 2 weeks. After 6 follow up phone calls asking for a QUOTE it is 8-17 and I still do not have a quote. If you have all the time in the world then feel free to pursue this company however if you prefer timely customer service look elsewhere. read more

Be wary of doing business with Northlake Glass in Mandeville. I purchased an expensive piece of tempered glass for my coffee table that chipped after only three days and when I brought it back the owner immediately claimed we had bumped it causing the chip, which was not true, but he offered to replace it for his cost. Since I got the more expensive tempered glass at their suggestion and I only had it three days I was expecting they would replace it under warranty. When the replacement came in I told the owner this and his very intense reply was "I will throw that F*****g piece of glass in the M***** F*****g trash before I give it to you". I said "Well you don't have to be a d**k about it" to which he replied "I will throw your F*****g A$$ out of here". At this point I left the store. I write this as a warning to other potential customers of Northlake Glass, be prepared to take some abuse from this Mandeville shop owner if they screw up your order and refuse to warranty their work. I will certainly never shop their again. read more
