It isn't that I believe I am a celebrity and need to hide form the public. But tinted windows make your car look and feel cooler. Since I need all the help I can get when it comes to looking and staying cool, I made the decision to tint my windows. Northshore was super easy to get an appointment. I called, set it up for the next day, and was texted a confirmation. On the day of my appointment I arrived and they immediately went to work. They are a husband and wife team. The husband does the tint and the wife runs the office. Both are super personable and enjoyable to talk with. He does great work installing quality tint and she does a great job of explaining the process and making you feel comfortable. Over the past couple of months I have gotten the front windows of my personal vehicle tinted to match the factory tint. On this job they did a perfect match and it was super fast. I also got all of the windows of my work car tinted which completely changed the look of it. I can't say enough good things about their work. Seriously, I couldn't be more happy. This was my second car to be tinted by CST. The first one is now 7 years old and there is no bubbling peeling of any kind. it looks as good as the first day it was applied. This application was on my 2024 Prius and the initial sales discussion was professional and the young man was knowledgeable and offered options and ideas. All of my questions were addressed in advance. The installation done by Reginald was superb realizing that this car has four small glass pieces adjacent to the front and rear windows. 5 star service every single time, i go there, & for all you crybabies that go there & can't wait to take your crybaby concerns to social media, like this DumbAsp person that had to post a picture of some small spots on your fake leather interior, get some Windex & wipe it or go there & he will make it right, so don't get your butt hurt & complain on Yelp or where ever cause YOUR a crybaby, its window tint that is applied on the inside of your car or truck, there will always be overspray that doesn't harm your interior, its just soap & water. read more

Awesome. They were working in the shop on a vehicle and missed my initial call. I didn't leave a message intending to call back later. To my surprise I received a call back within an hour or so to make an appointment. Great customer service and they do great work. This is my third trip there for a new vehicle with not even four hundred miles. I trust them to do an excellent job based on previous experience with the shop. I took my 2015 VW golf to get a tint, since my old window tint was peeling off. Reginald was very professional. He explained the difference in the tints. I had a pretty bad crack/chip on my windshield that honesty nobody else would probably not touch, but these guys were not only very honest and upfront with me in regards to repairs and final results but still came through tremendously and did a incredible job. Really friendly and nice employees. I went in to get a new windshield because a tree fell on my car during Ida and smashed it while also knocking off one of my mirrors. Not only did they quickly change my windshield for a reasonable price, but they noticed I already had a new side mirror in my car and installed it for no charge. Super nice of them and I'd definitely recommend them to any friend. read more

This shop did a great job of tinting my RV windshield today(6/15/2022) from the initial contact to the completion, excellent customer service, reasonable price, explained my options & result looks great. Only time will tell if installation looks as good in the future but if you do not see another post from me be assured of my satisfaction and I highly recommend them for your tinting. read more

I've been here theee times (three different cars) for cracked windshields. The are fast, friendly, do quality work, and have comparable or better prices than the other places near by. Highly recommend. Twice I was able to come the same day without scheduling (called first to see) and waited about an hour for repair. read more

The person in charge that evening, Friday night before Mardi Gras, was Reginald, and he not only fixed the crack, but also made my headlight operational again, which is something I noticed when I drove in that evening. I live in Louisiana so I have to get windshields replaced on a regular basis…read more The windshield on my little blue car ate a rock and the dealership recommended this shop for a new one. Zero complaints. David, the owner, was very up front with pricing and the details of the installation and the technical details of the sensor calibration. I called ahead of time, gave him the details of my car, set up an appointment, and it was painless from there. He told me it would take about 1.5 hours but they finished in less than an hour. Caveat emptor - other shops will add a "calibration charge" to a windshield replacement when in most cases the calibration is not necessary. After I talked to David the first time I called around to some other shops and found they all had an extra charge for the calibration. David was up front and said they wouldn't do it unless it was necessary. A simple windshield change does not affect the sensor calibration. If the car has been crashed then it will, but just changing the glass does not upset the calibration. Other shops did not tell me this, just told me the calibration was required. Saved me literally hundred of dollars!! Do your own research and check it out for yourself, but you will wind up here in the end.
