Highly recommended! I live in Louisiana so I have to get windshields replaced on a regular basis. The windshield on my little blue car ate a rock and the dealership recommended this shop for a new one. Zero complaints. David, the owner, was very up front with pricing and the details of the installation and the technical details of the sensor calibration. I called ahead of time, gave him the details of my car, set up an appointment, and it was painless from there. He told me it would take about 1.5 hours but they finished in less than an hour. Caveat emptor - other shops will add a "calibration charge" to a windshield replacement when in most cases the calibration is not necessary. After I talked to David the first time I called around to some other shops and found they all had an extra charge for the calibration. David was up front and said they wouldn't do it unless it was necessary. A simple windshield change does not affect the sensor calibration. If the car has been crashed then it will, but just changing the glass does not upset the calibration. Other shops did not tell me this, just told me the calibration was required. Saved me literally hundred of dollars!! Do your own research and check it out for yourself, but you will wind up here in the end. read more

Needed a new windshield on my vehicle, David was super nice and upfront, no BS. Ordered the windshield for my vehicle, gave a quota and said setup and appointment. The day came for the appointment, he called me to let me know there was a slight crack on the new windshield he ordered, so he needed to reorder another one and it should be ready the next day. All I can say is, this place is FAST, Affordable and they accept insurance claims. I was in and out within 45 minutes, also they so Brake tag inspections!! The owner is so rude. I mistakenly missed my appointment time at 2pm to get my back glass installed because I was out of state attending a school trip with my kids. And I tried calling after and informing him I would be late, he was just so rude and obnoxious because i went to the wrong shop because im not from the area. He began saying "you don't even know where the hell your going." "Your in Mandeville, were here in Covington. " then going on to say "You should have came at your right appointment time because we don't just throw shit together, we don't half ass" he says. And i responded im sorry sir, im not from around here. Then hung up in my face. I was in dismay and utter shock at how he treated me. So I tried calling back asking to speak with a supervisor or manager and he aggressively stated "I am the supervisor!". I voiced how disappointed I was at his customer service. And lastly he said. "You are not my customer I didn't do shit for you" I disconnected the call because Ive never been so mistreated or witness customer service so poorly in life. Rock hit windshield on my 2020 Audi S8, west-bound I-12 east of Baton Rouge. Dropped by AGU just outside of Covington...super nice, fixed the small crack (now barely visible) in 1/2 hour, very reasonable charge. Definitely would recommend to anybody needing auto glass repair ! read more

A rock hit my wife's 2015 Avalon and by the next day it had run from the bottom of the windshield to the top. I was just driving by on Hwy 36 and noticed Auto Glass Unlimited which I hadn't seen before. I turned around and went back to have them give me a price. It was reasonable priced so I asked when they could take care of it. I was pleasantly surprised that they could get it the next morning. I made an appointment for the next afternoon. Came by last Thursday for them to take a look at my motorhomes windshield. They said they couldnt get it in til Monday. Today is Monday and they just finished up a little bit ago. They did a fantastic job. The price they quoted me as a maximum was fair, and even though it took longer than they expected, and they had to grind down the edges, they didnt charge extra. Auto Glass Unlimited is a first class establishment with superior customer service. How many places can you call and actually speak with the owner? The owner is very professional, David gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and I had a appointment set up within a few minutes of calling. My windshield was overnighted and it was installed and ready for pickup in a short time period. This is important as this is a work vehicle and there was very little down time to complete the replacement. To top it off I was able to have a two year inspection sticker completed at the same time.
