Now, when I called around to replace again, Safelite gave me a quote that was substantially cheaper, but I would have to wait a couple weeks to schedule... OK, I'd be willing to wait for the price difference; however, two days before the 2-week scheduled date, Safelite decided to up the price (because of OEM required glass, which they should have known from day 1), they decide they cannot hold their estimate. The customer had to prove her original grill! I would strongly advise future potential customers to use this place as a last resort and go elsewhere. After I ordered the windshield I had some issues with my vehicle where I wasn't able to get the windshield installed for months after the fact. Custom held my windshield and then when I needed it installed in Orleans Parish instead they offered the service with minimal fee. Once I scheduled my install The installer alerted me by call and text with accurate ETA so I wouldn't have to wait around and when he arrived he was very professional and finished quickly. So I had to pay to uber to and from work, etc. So no one calls to tell me what the outcome of the diagnostic was because my service rep wasn't in. Finally, tired of waiting, I called and I got a message of what I needed. I said yes, order the parts i will get it fixed. A few months later I called to see why I wasn't called to have my car repaired and was told a part was on backorder, this was in November, it is now May. No follow up and then someone (sales associate) from Banner texts me so I tell them my situation. Nothing. No follow up. So I spent $200 for nothing and how do I trust them now?
