He went above and beyond to make this nasty chip fade away and look more unnoticeable. He did the process over and over to get the quality better. He did an amazing job. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended! I live in Louisiana so I have to get windshields replaced on a regular basis…read more The windshield on my little blue car ate a rock and the dealership recommended this shop for a new one. Zero complaints. David, the owner, was very up front with pricing and the details of the installation and the technical details of the sensor calibration. I called ahead of time, gave him the details of my car, set up an appointment, and it was painless from there. He told me it would take about 1.5 hours but they finished in less than an hour. Caveat emptor - other shops will add a "calibration charge" to a windshield replacement when in most cases the calibration is not necessary. After I talked to David the first time I called around to some other shops and found they all had an extra charge for the calibration. David was up front and said they wouldn't do it unless it was necessary. A simple windshield change does not affect the sensor calibration. If the car has been crashed then it will, but just changing the glass does not upset the calibration. Other shops did not tell me this, just told me the calibration was required. Saved me literally hundred of dollars!! Do your own research and check it out for yourself, but you will wind up here in the end.

Check out the new pics! Home renovations. Who doesn't fear those words? I know I do! But, when we're partnered with amazing people like those over at Northlake Glass, anxiety becomes joy and freedom. One day installation, beautiful handiwork, super-high quality materials...and the staff? Forget about it, these folks were the absolute best to work with. From our first contact with the knowledgeable and polite, but most of all EXCITED FOR US, Tessa to the friendly, well represented installer crew, the whole process was a dream with which to be involved. I'm not used to DIY projects (we updated the bathroom ourselves) working out so well...not that I installed the shower doors myself, but the fact that everything works perfectly is amazing to this old wanna-be renovator. :) I wasn't intending for the beautiful work done by Northlake Glass to be such a prominent feature, but just look a the quality and luxurious feel of thick, real glass shower doors that not only look beautiful, but operate like they ride on butta and make me wanna shower more just to enjoy them! Highly recommend this crew - give Tessa a call and see what Northlake glass can do for you...they're not just bathrooms, ya know!

Unfortunately, the craftsmanship was poor and the glass was not installed correctly. For a custom job at that price, I expected precise, professional work. Instead, I paid a lot of money for an installation that wasn't done right. As I've gotten older, I've learned that sometimes it's better to just walk away, but I want other customers to know what to expect before they hire this company. If you need custom glass for a camper shell or vehicle, I'd recommend getting multiple quotes and looking at examples of their finished work first. I won't be using them again and neither should you.
