Our commuter car had 3 repaired by them and they were absolutely pitiful. We've never been able to see one of Mandeville, LA repairs but can see all three Hammond, LA worked on. We will NEVER use the Hammond, LA location again. It's as if they don't utilize enough of the solution injected into the "spot". IDK. Using less solution still fixes the issue and lessons their overall cost and increases their profit. My MIL used them and she had the identical same issue. Her second was in Baton Rouge, LA and it was perfect. same thing, different person. UPDATE: That would be fantastic if I hadn't had it analyzed at a university. The solution is ONLY in the ends of each star point. I don't care how much you try to explain, there is zero excuse for this. It's actually statistically impossible to have that many repairs that didn't get the full treatment. So, no, I don't understand; however, I do appreciate your 'response'.

The service department denied that they "worked" in that area, so I chalked-it-up to something not worth fighting... Now, when I called around to replace again, Safelite gave me a quote that was substantially cheaper, but I would have to wait a couple weeks to schedule... OK, I'd be willing to wait for the price difference; however, two days before the 2-week scheduled date, Safelite decided to up the price (because of OEM required glass, which they should have known from day 1), they decide they cannot hold their estimate. Basically, I waited 2-weeks (my time & money) to spend the same as the quotes provided from a local supplier.

It isn't that I believe I am a celebrity and need to hide form the public. But tinted windows make your car look and feel cooler. Since I need all the help I can get when it comes to looking and staying cool, I made the decision to tint my windows. Northshore was super easy to get an appointment. I called, set it up for the next day, and was texted a confirmation. On the day of my appointment I arrived and they immediately went to work. They are a husband and wife team. The husband does the tint and the wife runs the office. Both are super personable and enjoyable to talk with. He does great work installing quality tint and she does a great job of explaining the process and making you feel comfortable. Over the past couple of months I have gotten the front windows of my personal vehicle tinted to match the factory tint. On this job they did a perfect match and it was super fast. I also got all of the windows of my work car tinted which completely changed the look of it. I can't say enough good things about their work. Seriously, I couldn't be more happy. I would upload photos of the tint job but then you would know what I drive. Just picture something cool with perfectly tinted windows.
