The owner of the vehicle called a local glass company (same zip code). I called a different company, which started with the letter "A." His company wanted a significantly higher price for the same window and wouldn't have the rear window in stock until the following Tuesday, which was 5 days out. I called AnyTime. [Turn the page]. David, the service manager, assured me (at 11:30am) that they would pick up the window and be back on the Northshore, ready for installation by 2pm. I don't normally write reviews, but I have to in this case. My wife has a Hyundai Palisade. Her driver's side second row window shattered while driving on the interstate. She contacted Safelite online (only option available) and was told there was no available appointments for 6 days. Safelite quoted her an estimate of over $900.00, citing a window shortage. We called Anytime Auto Glass. We spoke to a human being. They sent Brandon to my wife's workplace that same day. He replaced the window and vacuumed out the car. Their price was a fourth of that quoted by Safelite. The service was polite and professional. We cannot recommend Anytime Auto Glass highly enough. Asked them to come out to my house last second since I had my daughter and she was in this fussy mood of her way or no way so I asked them to come to me instead and that was not a problem what so ever. The guy was supposed to come @4 but they called me and asked if he could come @1:30 even better ! The guy was super nice and quick. He was thankful I had an oak tree for shade since it was so hot outside. I brought him a water too because you could see the sweat dripping off of him. I was gonna offer a ice cream sandwich at the end but at that point I would've just been a weirdo. Windshield looks great! The woman who answered the phone was great and super nice!
