I can't comment on the wait time bc my husband did that part but I don't recall him complaining it took too long. After my replacement though I kept hearing squeaking which I thought was normal with after getting repaired. After about 2 1/2 months in my brakes were still making the noise and I wasn't happy with it. My husband took it in and they owned their mistake and stood by their work.
