His reply was they service their customers before Tire Rack Customers. I said excuse me but I am under the impression I am YOUR customer as I will be paying you to mount and balance the tires. I called my local Firestone - they were open until 3 pm, but they didn't have the tire I needed at their store. They said they would see if they could locate one. I called AAA to get a tow to the Firestone. Firestone called me back to tell me that they had located one at one of the other Firestone stores - and they were sending one of their employees to pick it up. AAA tow truck arrived and I rode with them to the Firestone. They had the tire I needed - installed it - and I was good to go! (And it was affordable, too.) I felt that they had gone above and beyond to get the tire I needed and to get it installed before they closed. I have used this Firestone in the past and have always had good service from them. I would definitely recommend them!
