I think the issue is the wash goes way too fast so not nearly enough time to get anything off the car other than a little dirt not enough time to properly dry it. The staff does a quick once over when you enter but clearly if the car has bugs all over it maybe you should stop it, put some effort into getting them off since obvious the wash process doesn't do much.

I mean you raised the prices for terrible quality of service? Before they were very punctual but now multiple days they wouldn't have a person here probably pass 6:20am I mean probably not even 6:20 because I left. Today gate broke early in the morning.... So yall as a company raised the price for so y'all can't hire an adequate manager to run the car wash. And also they remove the plastic cover that goes on the back of the windshield. I know it probably doesn't do anything but still. It's about the principal. If I could give it a zero stars I would. Because that is how frustrated I am currently.

If you're on the Northshore and need window tint, this is where you should go…read more I have wanted to get my windows tinted for a very long time. It isn't that I believe I am a celebrity and need to hide form the public. But tinted windows make your car look and feel cooler. Since I need all the help I can get when it comes to looking and staying cool, I made the decision to tint my windows. Northshore was super easy to get an appointment. I called, set it up for the next day, and was texted a confirmation. On the day of my appointment I arrived and they immediately went to work. They are a husband and wife team. The husband does the tint and the wife runs the office. Both are super personable and enjoyable to talk with. He does great work installing quality tint and she does a great job of explaining the process and making you feel comfortable. Over the past couple of months I have gotten the front windows of my personal vehicle tinted to match the factory tint. On this job they did a perfect match and it was super fast. I also got all of the windows of my work car tinted which completely changed the look of it. I can't say enough good things about their work. Seriously, I couldn't be more happy. I would upload photos of the tint job but then you would know what I drive. Just picture something cool with perfectly tinted windows.

Free Air!!! (When it's working)…read more This review may be one of my shortest, but I hope it is still helpful. My company car is a magnet for sharp objects to pierce my tires. No matter how many patch/plugs I get, more nails, screws or random bits of metal become embedded in my tires. This means I am constantly filling them up in between repairs so that I don't have a catastrophic tire failure. This gets expensive which is where this Chevron comes in. There is an air pump near the car was that is free! The problem with it being free is that people treat it like garbage so it is frequently out of order. But if you need air, you can't beat the price. The rest of the station is pretty boring. There are pumps, a small convenience store and that is about it.
