This was a good car wash been going to them since they first opened on 190. But since then service has been going down after they raised the monthly subscription. I mean you raised the prices for terrible quality of service? Before they were very punctual but now multiple days they wouldn't have a person here probably pass 6:20am I mean probably not even 6:20 because I left. Today gate broke early in the morning.... So yall as a company raised the price for so y'all can't hire an adequate manager to run the car wash. And also they remove the plastic cover that goes on the back of the windshield. I love this car wash! First I have to say that this place is completely out of the way for me but I love it soo much...I don't mind driving the extra 2 miles out of the way to get my car washed here! They open till 9 pm so it was ideal for me to get a membership! I was able to review one month free of unlimited wash of "the works". I It's a clean place to get my car washed. The belt that rolls my car through the tunnel has no rails on either side! It's a plus for me cause I have more than once scraped my rims because the attendant wasn't paying attention! But the attendants here are thorough! One day I had tons and tons of bugs on my car...the attendant told me to roll through again! I believe if I didn't have the pass, they still would have let me rolled through again for free! All you have to do is roll up to the window on the left and they would be more than happy to let you ride the tunnel again! I definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling on the causeway! Monthly membership is the way to go even if it's a bit out of the way. read more

Unfortunately I live next 3645 Greenacres Tommy's Xpress Car Wash and live across the street at 3635 Greenacres and the volume dbA is disturbing my peace on my patio it's mentally frustrating to even go outside. There customers are blasting music and Bluetooth speakers coming thru this car wash and I've live in my neighborhood for 22 years never has this happened before. The employees are always nice and talkative. The Matt cleaning machine is great. Most of the vacuums work really well.

I am very disappointed with this establishment and would like to be reached out to. My shoes were thrown away from my truck without my knowledge or consent. When I realized what had happened I stopped back for them 36 hours later to be told that they didn't have them. Barely tried to look and argued me down that it's my fault. When I only saw the guy look in my truck. They have left those shoes several times in my truck that's why I didn't think they gone. I have to spend my money to replace this. This isn't right. When this place opened it was amazing! My truck came out spotless and DRY! I don't know what they did, if they messed with settings or what but now when my truck comes out its still soaking wet. The back glass is always wet and began to spot if I don't dry it. The brushes at the end do absolutely nothing. I wish they would of never messed with any of the settings because i hate to say its gone down hill. I still keep my membership because its convenient and the staff is really awesome. Took my car here because blue harbor is closed. Unless you use the provided brushes before the wash you will leave with the bugs on the front of your car. The price is reasonable and the automatic wash works as it should as do the do it yourself vacuums. But if you want full service wait for blue harbor to reopen . read more

Hands-down the best car wash I have ever brought my truck through! Most carwashes leave my truck pretty dirty on the front end and don't get the rims or tires well! But this car wash left my truck cleaner than I could have got it myself and dried it off with not a single drop of water left! Highly recommend! I recently moved to Covington. One night I realized I needed to Clean my car before an Informal interview the next day. There was a possibility that someone might be riding with. I needed to find a place to clean my car very quickly I drove around and around looking for a drive-through car wash but couldn't find any and then I saw that Tommy's car wash was open after 8 pm. I quickly turned around. the young man at the Window was so courteous. I was trying to get he lowest package Bc I wasn't sure I needed the rest. He told me I could pay the base but he bumped my wash up a few just for trying Tommy's that night. I can promise you I will Be going back! If you have bugs stuck to your car, don't waste your money; wash your car yourself. Now I have to go home and do a secondary cleaning to remove the bugs left behind. Also, the tires were poorly cleaned. If all you have is light dirt, this car wash may be sufficient. read more

The building itself is designed very modern, and its sure to catch anyone's eye that is headed down 190. Operates off of a conveyor belt, so for people that are concerned that the car washes with racks might scuff up your rims or tires, this is the place for you. Just put you vehicle in neutral once you get on the belt and wait until the car wash is over with. They use cameras to recognize you as a member of their monthly club, so there's no membership cards or stickers in your windshield. You simply pull up to the gate, it reads you plate, and if you're registered as a member it sends you right through. Very cool read more
