Some of the notary stuff can take a while too, so don't expect a quick in/out trip. Be a little patient and everything works out. Parking is fine, their hours are convenient, the rates seem reasonable if you take into account all the things they have to keep up with. Give them a try.

I went to this UPS store to send a package to a family member to be picked up at another UPS store…read morein PA. What I sent weighed at 6lbs, however, per "dimensional weight" I was charged at 24lbs, which is 4x the weight. Per the store owner, the dimensions of the box also goes into account of what is being sent, which doesn't make any sense because my partner sent something with larger dimensions on his box and the item weigh more than what I've sent, and he was not charged nearly as much as I was. Either way, her response was "nice nasty". I asked would it have been cheaper to have the store package it rather than us package it, in which she responded that it would have been. I said well I wish I knew that rather than being charged four times per dimensional weight. She responds "well we couldn't help with that because it's not like we know what's in the box," but you would know what was in the box if you asked me specifically what was in there in order to inform me that there's an extra charge to insurance the item that has a value past $100 should be lost or stolen, and that I was asked by the store rep what was in the box specifically as it is on my receipt. I just believe that if something was weighed at 6 pounds and the computer is giving a dimensional weight four times the weight of what's in the package that that would have been something that would've been brought up. So now, before insurance, I'm being charged $63 to ship a 6lb item. I advise if you are going to get an item shipped from this store: That you may look into them actually packaging it so you're not charged four times more than the actual weight due to "dimensional weight" That you look into pricing when it comes to sending something store to store because apparently you're supposed to know that "each store is different and you should not randomly send things without looking into it" per the store owner(as I said "nice nasty").

Although the lady was very kind, I left this place and sobbed. The man has absolutely no business working in the public. He screamed at me and cursed at me. I got my title and the car dealership wrote the wrong date. He sent me back there to get it fixed. No biggie. I went and when I came back he was helping another person. I waited very patiently. After 45 minutes I got a text from my neighbor saying my daughter was off the bus and asked how long I would be. I asked the man how long he thought it would take and he flipped his lid that I asked. Nobody rushed him. I simply asked for a time frame to let the neighbor know. 20 minutes or 2 hours, whatever it may have been. Just to let her know. He screamed at me, called me names, cursed all because I asked a time frame. I was degraded and humiliated. read more

Have compared Notary For Less with others in my area and they are by far the most reasonably priced one out there. While some others want $50 or more to notarize a document they are reasonably priced at $20 per document. Even looked at the notary service you can do via webcam and they charge $25 per document. People at the store are friendly and very efficient whenever I have brought documents for them to process. read more

The office was very busy, so I had to wait a little to be served, but it was worth it! I received such personal attention and they did not rush me even though there were several people waiting. They made me feel like my business was important to them and with the crowd that was waiting, other people must feel the same. Ms. Brittany was right on top of it - she got me sorted, got my truck registered, and even set me up with a new license while I was there.
