Went to have a signature notarized, which they did. While I was there, right in the middle of the process, the woman insisted, in the middle of my transaction, that I sign a signature line as a "witness" on another client's signature. The other client was next to me talking to the actual notary, (I was dealing with his wife, I think.) I had not seen the other customer sign anything. This move was highly illegal. Yes, that's right, they use their customers who walk in as witnesses for other customers, even when the one customer has no idea what is going on with the other customer. Do not use these frauds. Very bad. Very, very, bad. Also, I asked her to make a copy of my document that I had just signed. She made the copies, but didn't notice that is was double sided. So now I have half the original document. AUGGGH!!!! read more

I haven't had such terrible customer service in a long time. The employees were rude, not only to me but to those they spoke to on the phone while I was in there. They also refused to issue a receipt for a FedEx drop-off even though that is against FedEx's policy. (I checked.) I was not comfortable leaving my package there at all. read more

We went to Notary For Less - DMV Express in Slidell, Louisiana to have papers notarized and the people that work there are very nice and will help you and talk you through it so you understand. You can tell that they have been doing it a long time and know their stuff. I will go back there for all my Notary and Car Title needs. I rate them a 10. Called asking about getting something notarized that was given to me by my attorney. The woman on the phone was RUDE! She informed me they filled out their own forms and if I had the form from my attorney she would only notarize the signatures. Implying that the contents of the document wouldn't be legal. I asked her that and she raised her voice telling me she never implied that. Her point may have been potentially valid but the way she delivered the information was rude. I will never do business with someone who talks to customers that way. read more
