Ms. Brittany was right on top of it - she got me sorted, got my truck registered, and even set me up with a new license while I was there. I want to note clearly: she had absolutely nothing to do with the old man's face on the license picture! I even passed the eye test and had the glasses restriction removed from the DL - how freaking cool is that? I thank the Lord for my continued healing and for this amazing life He allows me to lead. I was "next" in the virtual queue for 20 minutes! (The queue said 1 minute). This was after waiting an hour. At 1130 each person left one by one for lunch after finishing with their customer. It was excruciating. The service was good as always but they really should only take one at a time. On the positive side is they have a good virtual queue with good updates and once they get to you they take care of business. I have used other title places who are tied with this one or a little better

I had tried to get my disability in Maryland and let's just say they didn't get it for me, but when I moved to Louisiana and had to start all over again a friend of mine referred me to James Conners law office and I'm so glad she did. I didn't have to do anything Kristen, Eve and Grant did everything for me. When it was time for me to go to court Grant made me feel so relaxed and helped me prepare for it. They always kept me informed of what was going on. Once I was approved they worked with me on paying them back my balance that I owed from them getting my medical records. So if you are needing a Disability Law this is the office you want. You couldn't ask for a more compassionate group of people.

As the sellers, we provided information for them to obtain a loan payoff, and then they called several days later to request the same information that we'd already given them. They assumed responsibility for our side of the transaction, by offering us a POA (assigning their office manager), but then never communicated to us that the closing had been completed, and that our check/copies had been sent to us, when the package would arrive, and with a tracking number. We were left to wonder if our check had been sent to us, when it would be delivered, and if a signature was needed. We tracked the package down 3 days after the closing, even though we'd paid for overnight delivery. The lack of communication made us wonder if our mtg payoff would be sent in a timely fashion. We've definitely worked with more professional title companies.
