If we need a package sent, he's there quicker than you can bat an eye with all the supplies needed for shipping (just in case you forgot something). It's not enough that a relative from a few states over paid about $83 total to send me a envelope via FedEx Express about 6 months ago but this review now takes the spot of being the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I'm a pretty old person no less. My pharmacy decided to send me my meds by FedEx Express 'next day' 3 days ago because I currently can't drive and they thought they were doing me a favor sending it next day FedEx Express. Well, 3 days later I still don't have it and it still says 'On FedEx vehicle out for delivery US, LA, COVINGTON'. I was never asked by my pharmacy to do me this 'favor' for me, because I would never allow anything to come by FedEx. I've had many years of problems and apparently 'Ralph' told my pharmacist that it will definitely arrive by 8pm. In 40+ years no delivery service brings out packages after 5pm. Except for Amazon Prime. We live in the country with only 2 houses (w/mailboxes) on my street. The easiest delivery on earth but FedEx Express couldn't get my med's 20 miles to me in 3 days. I have 2 doctors app'ts at the VA on Monday in case 'next day' FedEx Express comes next week. My pharmacist said the FedEx Express office manager blamed it on the merger of FedEx Express and FedEx Ground. I told her that was over 6 months ago! To think Tom Hanks (a favorite actor of mine) made the movie 'Castaway' and was a FedEx pilot reminds me that at one time they were the gold standard for shipping. That's long gone! I would leave zero stars if I could!

I can't even remember the last time that happened. Since I was early, a staff member offered to call my cell phone as soon as it was ready... how cool is that? Even though she knew I had something to carry my stuff home in, she boxed everything up for me anyway. She also made sure to show me the first one to make sure I was happy. I happened to have to take a trip here because the banner, that we needed for LATER THAT NIGHT, for the church I attend, was going to be delivered from this facility and I didn't trust that it would make it IN TIME. So I took the journey and retrieved it. The FedEx system was great. I was able to track the package down, gain contact from a FedEx representative to hold this package for me & retrieve it all in 2 days time. Talk about a slam dunk!!!! WINNING. To make matters all the more greats, I met a fabulous group of HARDWORKING people, namely: Amber, Kim & Kasey. They made sure I was able to pick up my package and make it to my vehicle with said oversized item. I left the box inside the door for him and left. He then yelled out the door to me that I was rude. That is the first box that I have shipped, since I quit using USPS 3 years ago, that did not arrive without an issue. it had been cut open and the contents smashed Then re-taped with clear tape.
